I’ve been in contact with Watches of Whitby for a few years, Alex,Michael and the team have always been very helpful and approachable regardless of the level of enquiry. I’ve purchased straps and other items and also sold a watch or two to them and each interaction has been a pleasure. Great customer service and experience which is paramount. 5stars just ain’t enough.

Here is an edited review maybe I was a bit harsh but the shop manager is not the guy I would employ if you want to sell watches ! He made us feel really uncomfortable ! Maybe one horrible is enough and as for coming back in no thanks we will stick with Goldsmiths who know how to treat customers ! And I don’t need a pouch I wear my watch thanks !

I purchased a Rolex “Pepsi” from Watches of Whitby a few months ago. From the initial enquiry to final purchase the staff were nothing but professional and helpful. The watch was as described on the website the price was competitive. I will certainly purchase from WOW again recommend them to anyone who is new to the luxury watch world as they offer a down to earth and honest opinion unlike many other luxury watch dealers I have dealt with in the past. A solid five stars from me.

What can I say, I have been dealing with WOW for some time now, I can’t recommend them enough, a fantastic team, amazing stock as described and you feel part of the WOW world, I’ve bought watches for decades and I only deal with WOW nowadays. Have bought two watches from them now, a Rolex and an Omega, both are beautiful watches, from walking in the shop the staff are so helpful and polite, the shop is smart and high end with a fantastic selection of high end watches to suit most budgets.
I would definitely recommend them.

Whilst on holiday in Whitby I spotted Watches of Whitby. On entering the staff were really friendly and helpful. So much so that I bought an owned Beirtling watch. The staff we so helpful and friendly with no pushy sales talk. Even offered us a cup of tea. The watch is fantastic . The experience was great and we were even asked to call in for a cup of tea next time were were in Whitby.
