Edward came to service my Wattbike Atom.
He was on time and explained everything he was doing.
Everything appears to be in order.

Had an Atom first generation and it developed an issue with the resistance suddenly getting too hard. Paid for the service at home and Ed came out today and took the bike to pieces, fitted new connectors and now it works great - saved me forking out £2500 for a new one.

I had a pretty frustrating time ordering the bike, there were a fair few delays in responding to queries during which pricing of the product moved up! But wattbike eventually sorted this and I managed to order. I couldn't believe a firm selling a premium product were not jumping on every sales lead with anything other than urgency.
Ive now had the bike a couple of weeks, and all working fine. I don't have much to compare it against- never cycled using an indoor trainer before, but the kit seems top notch, using it loads.

I was having difficulty purchasing wattbike hub +. I emailed the customer service team explaining my problem and received an instant response. After a small exchange of 2 emails, Louise, one of the Customer Service Team Leaders had resolved my issue completely. Very happy with the service provided. Thanks alot

The Engineer was prompt, called to provide updates of arrival time etc. and did everything asked of him, however since the service. I’ve had several drop out issues, loss of connection, difficulty peddling and a few other minor irritations.

I had the best customer service back and forth with a man named Matt that I’ve ever had. The in-person service on the bike itself was genuinely fun and I had several aspects of the bike explained to me that I hadn’t previously understood.

I’ve had so many issues - initially my Wattbike wouldn’t connect to any devices via Bluetooth - this eventually got resolved. I’m now in a situation - I’m unable to log into the Wattbike app to follow my program. When Wattbike works it is great-the issue is poor support and lots of technical issues. I’ve sent in numerous tickets and tried to call direct - I’m getting nowhere. Very frustrated indeed .
Quick update - after a phone call from Wattbike - all now resolved. I was impressed by the overall response and the personal attention paid. As per my original review - when the bike and the app are in perfect harmony - it is a wonderful piece of kit.

I love my wattbike had it just over 4 years and it i very regular use. The only reason ive given it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the common faults the bike has. For the cost of the bike you would expect better qualify bolts as they are to soft and better qualify power button which dispite me never touching still fell out. Apart from that I love my bike life wouldn't be the same with out it

Took some prompting to send over Easter holidays with some infuriating responses to chasers from a chatbot which was hugely unhelpful.
Instructions on how to install would also have been helpful.
Excellent service.
Prompt polite and courteous, excellent knowledge and helpful,really pleased with the service conducted.

The product is great. Ordering was pretty simple. Matt from Customer service rescued the customer relationship. There are e-mail exchanges covering the issues. The bottom line is that Wattbike were badly let down by the the installation team. If they had been even barely competent I would have given five stars.

Had my Atom v2 serviced by Edward. Quick, efficient and courteous. He answered all my questions and got the job done without any fuss. Well worth the money to keep the bike in good condition.

I’ve had my 2nd Gen Wattbike Atom since 2020, and honestly, the customer service I just received was next level.
I’d lost my original power supply and bought a new one, but the bike still wouldn't work. I reached out to their team, and they were so incredibly patient and responsive throughout the whole process.
They looped in their technicians multiple times and even sent me another power supply just to be sure.
Eventually, they figured out the actual power port on the bike was the issue. Instead of leaving me stranded, they quickly sent out the DIY parts I needed to fix it myself.
My Atom is finally back up and running! Huge shoutout to the team for sticking with me and getting me back on the saddle—this is exactly why you buy from a premium brand.

Home Service: Wattbike Atom NG - Excellent service received. All worn parts were replaced, even down to the handlebar tape which was starting to look tatty after 4 years of regular use. Also some good adviced received on things to check and adjustments to make.
