Hi! So I decided to do a longer review since when I was looking for waxes I couldn't find a lot of reviews for this company and their product so, hopefully this will be helpful to y'all.

Delivery:
I ordered it from Czechia (Prague) and surprisingly it came like really fast. I ordered it yesterday morning at I received the package today around morning as well.

Contents of the package:
I ordered their bundle "WaXx Box Delicate Desires" and additional Orchid wax bottle. Everything came as I ordered it, together with one free wax bottle (I got Aloe) and the little wooden spatulas.

Waxes:
For the deeper review of the experience and how painless or painful it was, or how effective they were I will use the wax "Plum". In terms of smells, the "Golden Pearl", "Aloe" and "Rose" were okay, I really enjoyed the smell of "Orchid" and the "Plum" was quite nice too.

Waxing experience (used wax: Plum) and the wax heater:
The wax heater at first seems kinda cheap, but it didn't blow up and it did work without breaking so it's all good. The wax melted in few minutes, I sometimes mixed it with the wooden spatula.
When the wax starts melting it smells a bit like a glue gun, but once it melts it actually smells like the nice scents of the wax.
I started with the shins as it's one of the easiest part to wax. I highly recommend first trying it if it's not too hot, since even the minimum on the wax heater burnt me slightly, so meanwhile waxing you gotta keep turning it on and off, which gets bit annoying but it's fine. I also recommend wearing gloves meanwhile waxing as it kept getting stuck on my nails, but the given after wax oil (After wax oil: Bubblegum) removed it easily.

Now the most asked question: is it really painless?
- well, yes and no. The wax might be gentle to the skin, but you're still ripping out your hair, so it will be a bit painful. Depending on the body part, I shall rank the pain scale, 1 being not painful and 10 it hurts a lot.
Lower legs - 2
Arms - 2
Face - 3/4
Thighs and bikini line - 5
Brazilian and armpit - 8/9 (quite painful)

The efficiency:
Usually, after playing with the wax consistency and time left on the body, I found out that for the most of the time, first go takes off like 60-70% of the hairs and second go finishes with leaving one or two hairs.

Overall experience:
I think they are pretty good waxes, they smell nice and are pretty efficient. It leaves small spots of waxes on the side, but their oil removes them quite easily. The skin isn't red for a long time (just couple of minutes) and they actually didn't hurt my skin, irritated a bit, yes, but didn't hurt it like other waxes might've. I wouldn't say it is painless, but that is to be expected, but they are more gentle than other waxes I tried. Also would really appreciate the wooden spatula to be bigger or have different sizes as they're quite small for waxing legs or bigger areas.

Pros and cons:
+ smells nice
+ more gentle than other waxes
+ satisfying
+ takes off almost all hairs in two tries
+ their oil is calming to skin and removes the wax that got left on your skin, also smells so nice
- heater looks bit cheap (it still works tho)
- even on the lowest setting of the wax heater to keep the wax from hardening, it still burns the skin quite a bit, so I ended up having to turn the wax heater on and off so it didn't burn my skin meanwhile also having the wax ready to use, which is bit annoying
- not painless, especially in the sensitive areas
- very time consuming (which is to be expected)

My last thoughts, I do recommend these, I think overall they're great waxes! Not very painless, but they are gentler to the skin while removing a solid amount of hair.

Firstly i got sent 2 wrong products, like they were literally switched with something else that my bundle wasn't supposed to have but did. Thats pretty disappointing. And the wax isn too liquidy, doesn’t seem to harden a bit when its in the machine once it’s set to medium. Almost like water, and then try to get it on the wooden spatula and on yourself. pretty awful, i don’t know maybe the wax is low quality or i’m using it wrongly but i’ve been doing everything it says on the digital guide. Really not happy, overall the shipping was good, 3 days.

De wax zelf is goed maar de verwarmer heel slecht. In de instructies staat dat de was na 15 minuten gesmolten moet zijn, maar na 45 minuten is zelfs de bodem nog niet goed gesmolten.... Heel jammer. Geprobeerd om een klacht in te dienen bij de klantenservice om gebruik te maken van de garantie regeling, maar krijgen een totaal onnozel antwoord want "dit is geen professioneel apparaat". Dat neemt niet weg van het feit dat hij het niet goed doet en dat we gebruik willen maken van garantie.

Op de reactie: In onze email staat "ik zou graag gebruik willen maken van de garantie regeling." En geven we het nummer van de garantiekaart. Dus hoe bedoel je dat we geen garantie hebben aangevraagd?
Daarnaast staat in de mail dat de wax na een half uur nog steeds niet gesmolten is, maar dat het uren duurt. Hier zeg je dat het team zegt dat het waar is dat een hele pot na 30/40 minuten smelt, maar wij geven in de email duidelijk dat het na deze tijd nog steeds niet gesmolten is. Misschien moet de klantenservice eerst de emails goed doorlezen voordat ze een reactie geven. Het is gewoon beschamend dat jullie ook hier op trustpilot een reactie geven met dingen die helemaal niet waar zijn.

Super și fără dureri

I got my wax machine on 4th Dec and its a damaged product. I have been sending emails to the official email ID and no answers at all. I have got a damaged product and need it replaced. Company doesnt have a contact number to connect so only email is possible and bad luck nobody has answered till date.

What do I do with defective piece? Would you need that back or can I discard it?

Wat een klantenservice. Zo slecht en bot heb ik het nog nergens meegemaakt. Men verkoopt rommel (waxverwarmer) die bij eerste gebruik defect is. Als je reclameert wil men perse een garantiebewijs welke ik niet heb en volgens mij ook niet heb gekregen. Zij beweren van wel maar dan nog. Het apparaat is 3 weken geleden gekocht en het aankoopbewijs is niet voldoende voor hen. Als een bedrijf geen vertrouwen geeft is het meestal zelf niet te vertrouwen. Met de bestelbon van 3 weken oud zou enige souplesse en vertrouwen normaal zijn. Niet hier. Nooit geen spullen meer van dit bedrijf. De toon van de mails blonk ook niet uit in vriendelijkheid. Bot, onvriendelijk, zonder aanhef en groet. Klantvriendelijkheid is hier niet alleen ver te zoeken, het is er simpelweg niet. Sterke afrader. Bezint voor u begint. Jammer.

The respons they give does not match reality. I had several mails with their ‘customer-service’ and my experience was as I did write above. They keep saying in a not friendly way that without a garanty-paper they are not willing to help out although I did send them my invoice. They show no willingness to solve my issue. So I could mail again but if there is the same ‘service’ who answers it it is a waste of time. What they write here in responds is apparently just window-dressing. They have my mails and invoice at ‘customer-service’ already so they can read it. But apparently they didn’t. Makes it even worse.

To your second reply: thank you. Can you give me the email-address where I can send my reply and reference to the mail-contact I had. I did send my mails to office at waxx.me but indeed with another mail-address. Thanks.

Latest update: the issue is finally solved very well. The tone of voice of ‘customer happiness officer’ is absolutely different and positive and constructive. Thanks for solving. I changed the stars from 1 to 4. One less than 5 because of the first impression. Chapeau!

Goede wax tegen redelijke prijs

It doesn't work as is described and showed in the video.

The produkt are super, i like them a lot and my clients to. The service it good, and products are send well and protected.
I only see on Facebook promotions and the price you give as promotions are the normal price. That's a pity.

Leider hat das Waxen bei mir kaum geklappt, war aber extrem schmerzhaft… ich hab verschiedenes Wax gekauft, aber es wurden bei keinem wirklich viele Haare entfernt. Mega Schade, wenn man bedenkt wie teuer das Wax ist und wieviel Geld ich dafür ausgeben habe. Und die Dämpfe die dabei vom geschmolzenen Wax freigesetzt werden, sind ziemlich sicher auch nicht gerade gesund.

Som spokojná, objednávam už viac ako 3roky.

Mit Wachs hat das Produkt nicht wirklich was zu tun und saut alles ein.
Gebrauch vom Rückgaberecht gemacht! Sehr kompliziert und nachdem ich es auf meine Kosten zurück geschickt habe und es lt Sendungsverfolgung zugestellt wurde kann das Paket leider nicht gefunden und kein Geld zurück erstattet werden!
Danke für 90 Euro für nichts...
