Shocking! -1 star

Doesn’t deserve even 1star!
My parcel has been ‘out for delivery’ for 4 days now and it’s not turned up!
No communication whatsoever from Caribou even though I have raised a ticket twice now. So I can only presume it’s sitting in the back of a van being ignored.. and it’s not even a small parcel!
No update on the tracking whatsoever
Terrible service, and even worse customer service.. they will ignore you.
My eBay retailer is refunding me.

Hi there,

We're sorry that you've experienced an issue with the delivery of your parcel.

Caribou is still delivering parcels, however it has made the decision to exit the UK Domestic Parcel Market.

All remaining parcels in the network will be delivered by the 5th unless the sellers ask for them to be returned.

Caribou is an independent company and had always strived to become a Premium Carrier but it always feels like there is a race to the bottom on pricing, whilst costs are increasing across the UK.

When handling parcels which is a low price and low margin area its made much harder.  For Caribou this just isn't sustainable and it would rather gracefully exit the Domestic Parcel and let our competitors enjoy this space.

Caribou is not going bust and will continue with its other Divisions in the Pallet Networks, General Haulage, Logistics, Warehousing, Same Day and it's International Traffic

Thank you to everyone who has been supportive of the mission to build a new independent network and sorry its not meant to be.

Been in Grantham depot for a week 11th Oct.
I’m in Lincoln 23 miles away takes 40 minutes.
Tried to ring this morning, was told lines are busy and the line was terminated by them.
I thought Yodel was bad!!!

shocking customer service

been holding my item in the depot for 3 weeks now! Had an email today with a time slot of delivery and it never came. tracked the live tracker and it was driving away from my address and kept saying 20,25 mins away etc & now it’s saying it’s going to be later than what it originally was! It’s obvious this isn’t getting delivered today and it’s another day off work i’ve had to take! I made this order 2 months ago!!! Their phone lines are now ‘too busy’ and have been for the last week so I can’t even get intouch with them after they’ve told me twice it’ll be ‘here tomorrow’ or ‘we will ring back today with an update’ shocking

Rubbish

If I could’ve given no stars I would. They’ve had my parcel for a week, but it’s still not been delivered. Rubbish.

No parcel

Waited for a parcel for about 10 days keep saying attempted delivery but photo not in my area. No communication. No parcel. 1 star as zero not an option.
