THEY ARE SELLING ITEMS FROM POLAND WITHOUTH A LICENSE FROM EUROPEAN UNION. AND NOT PAYING TAXES.THIS COMPANY DIDNT PAY ME. I AM ONE OF THEIR VIDEO EDITORS AND AFTER MY WORK THEY BLOCKED ME AND DIDNT REPLY. THESE 3 SCAMMERS SAM POSTHUMA, JAVI ZAVALA, AND CARLOS DOMINGUEZ. I ALREADY FILED A REPORT TO THE IRS TO TAKE DOWN THIS COMPANY.

Sito truffa, ordinato un mese fa dei prodotti mai arrivati. Ho provato a mandare mail alla mail che indicano come assistenza e risulta inesistente

I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I have experienced. I have sent several emails regarding my issue and have received no response at all. Being ignored as a customer is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.

I expected at least a simple acknowledgment or update, but instead my messages seem to be completely disregarded. Good customer service should include clear communication and timely responses, which unfortunately has not been the case here.

Ho acquistato un maglione a dicembre 2024 e non è mai arrivato, nonostante numerose e-mail e anche il pagamento di una ulteriore spedizione legata all’ipotesi del numero civico errato. Il maglione alla fine non è mai arrivato, nessun rimborso e’ stato possibile inoltre non vi è alcuna possibilità di parlare con un call center ne’ di interagire in maniera diretta con l’ufficio clienti.
Nonostante la mia rinnovata richiesta di rimborso a seguito della loro risposta alla recensione, nulla è arrivato. Mi rivolgerò alle associazioni di tutela dei consumatori.

Everything I ordered was to small although I ordere the biggest size, that not the real issue tho, the issue is that I can’t return the order!!

They say I cancelled my return.. and never said anything else. I cannot get in contact with them, no answers, no help.. 400€ gone,. I can’t wear the stuff.. so disappointing

I placed an order on 8th December 2025 and am still waiting for delivery. Vague promises and ignoring further emails. What an absolute sham. Scam company, do not waste your money with these charlatans!

1. Bestellung viel zu spät geliefert
2. Kommunikation absolut mangelhaft.
3. Ware weicht stark von den Bildern ab (Farben stimmen nicht ansatzweise)
4. Qualität passt nicht Fäden nicht gescheit versäubert, Reißverschluss nicht passend genäht etc.
5. Support Seite auf Internetseite führt zu nichs bei Rückgabe/ Erstattung
6. Als letztes großen wurden auch teiwleise falsch geliefert.

Truly awful, clothes don't fit and are dirty, made from really cheap materials and don't look anything like the pictures. They also will not allow you to return anything even though they advertise a return policy. I sent photos and kept up communication then they just stopped talking and they do this deliberately to steal your money. Do not buy from this company as they will steal your money and not allow you to return anything.

I returned my item and requested a refund. Wear Old Money claim they never received it, which is untrue.

I have Royal Mail tracking proof showing the return was delivered on 30/12/2025.

After I provided this proof, they stopped replying and still haven’t issued a refund.

I have given them 14 days to refund, as advised by my lawyer. If this is ignored, I will proceed with legal action.
Judging by the number of similar reviews here, this appears to be a pattern of poor behaviour.

TERRIBLE SCAM - do not buy

This company is outright scamming people. I made my order, the hat arrived folded, damaged, no box. I contacted customer service who ignore my request for a refund and reply over and over with the same message ‘please send photos’ then they do not respond. READ CAREFULLY - in every answer on trust pilot, they try to excuse themselves and blame the customer or communication or delivery or say that ‘it is outside of the terms time for refunds’ they purposely delay people and do not communicate under legal regulations. They will probably try and come and do that on my review so I am pre empting them now. Do not reply with some jargon as you have STOLEN my money! Watch out for these fraudsters at all costs

Cheap Quality and 20€ fee for returning one item. The customer service is 👎🏻

Poor quality. The seams are visible everywhere and the stitching is badly done. The products do not look like the pictures. There are no labels or product information included.

Sizing is a major issue – it seems like they have no concept of standard sizes. I waited one month for my order, and when it arrived in the wrong size, I had to pay €10 just to return it.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Avoid this shop.

Ordered the wrong suit by mistake. I emailed to cancel straight away after ordering.
They acknowledge the cancellation. But weeks later, with no refund, I was getting 'item dispatched' emails.
And then failed delivery attempt emails.
I emailed customer service again, asking why I was getting these and where my refund was. This is now weeks later.

Their reply was simply, We tried to cancel the order but couldn't. You must return the order to now receive a refund!!!
Very upsetting to hear that even if you cancel your order less than an hour after making it, you now need to pay shipping to return it.

To make matters worse, the package was never delivered. I told them, but they refused to accept that it was lost and have now stopped replying to my emails. Me = -£240

Schade, dass ich die Bewertungen nicht früher gesehen habe . . . Wearoldmoney ist ein Scam! Die Klamotten kamen deutlich zu spät, die Größen haben nie und nimmer gepasst, die Verarbeitung war schlecht. Jetzt versuche ich mein Geld zurück zu bekommen, was sich als extrem schwierig erweist. Ich rate: Hier nicht bestellen!

Hab nach Wochen eine Hose erhalten, allerdings nicht die bestellte Größe 34, sondern 29, Umtausch nur , wenn Du für die richtige Größe nochmals bezahlst.Betrüge- Finger weg

Ich habe mehrmals E-Mails geschrieben, aber nie eine Antwort oder Rückerstattung bekommen.

Leider muss man einen Stern geben, verdient hätten sie null. Der bestellte Pullover wurde ewig nicht verschickt. Dann habe ich hier gelesen, dass es öfters Probleme gibt und ich wollte stornieren. Sowohl die automatisch generierten Nachrichten als auch die E-Mails mit echten Menschen weigerten sich, meine Stornierung anzunehmen, obwohl ich vehement darauf hingewiesen habe, dass noch nichts verschickt ist und ich es auch nicht mehr haben will. Schließlich habe ich den PayPal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet, woraufhin mir dankeswerterweise schnell mein Geld zurück überwiesen würde. Jetzt aber ist der Pullover angekommen, er ist total ausgeleiert, stinkt und das Etikett ist abgeschnitten! Na toll, und was mache ich jetzt?? Ich will das Ding nicht haben!

scam website. Didn't ship after a month and when I tried to cancel the order they responded and never refunded. Took my payment service another month and more to get my money back.
