This company is a total fraud and scam. Advertising products they do not have and expect to deliver. They will take your money provide only excuses and bullshit you ongoing for months until you just give up. I will try to get them closed down, why they have not been convicted and closed down as yet I cannot understand.

Avoid them at all cost - bad quality and bad service
Avoid them - do not even try! Ordered two sweater for my husband back in November. No updates on shipping - seems like they were returned to sender in the end. I contacted them in January - they told me that it's not possible to refund my order. The order I never received. I told them that this is not how it works. After few emails back and forth they told me in February that they'll ship the order again. It arrived one month later. Quality is the worst ever. The sweater don't even look close to what they pictured. Quality is bad - one sweater even had a hole on the neck. Don't buy with this company! Absolutely fraud.

Absolute frauds
Absolute frauds. Do not touch them with a ten foot pole. They will constantly lie about shipments and will not refund you.
I have tried to contact them many times via email and they just ignore them. Do not waste your money with them.

It has been over three weeks, and my order has still not been shipped. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but they either ignore my messages or give vague responses with no real update. This brand is completely unreliable, and I regret ever ordering from them.
I had even recommended Old Money to my friends, but I will now warn them not to fall for this scam. This is nothing short of fraudulent behaviour. Do yourself a favour and stay away!

Awful Quality, Awful Customer Service
I purchased an item before Christmas and it arrived over two weeks later. The item was £45 and upon opening I knew something was off, the quality was terrible - all their products are basically aliexpress dropshipped and the quality is not as advertised. Upon contacting customer service they would not accept the return as they stated it had been over 14 days, yet they took over two weeks to deliver the product to me? I want my money back.

Ho ordinato uno dei maglioni 100% Lana Merino dall'Australia. Maglione molto bello e la tabella delle taglie in cui si indica altezza e peso si è rivelata ottima in quanto ero indeciso sulla taglia e la tabella mi ha aiutato a scegliere quella giusta.
La spedizione ci ha messo parecchio prima che il link di tracciamento fosse disponibile però l'assistenza clienti si è rivelata ottima. Sono soddisfatto, farò altri acquisti in futuro.

Terrible experience
Agreed on refund and no refund has been received after trying to contact several times. Cloth quality is terrible, price is like 300% of what it should be for that quality. Worst dropshipping ever that could be considered as a scam due to support avoidance and very questionable practices. Do NOT buy anything, you WILL regret it, no matter how "good" the product looks on the web.

The items ordered were TOO Late
The items ordered were extremely late. They were a gift to someone who lives 1000+ miles away. I saw that person during Christmas and I won't see them again for a long time. Due to the tardiness of the ordered items, I had to purchase a different gift, so I cannot use these items. Then they say to return them I have to pay return shipping. If you want the items returned, I am happy to do so, if they pay the return shipping.

Products arrived but in worst China Quality, completely not looking like on the pictures. Products not as advertised at all and also received wrong item. Returning of product is a nightmare . in 2 weeks they answered my email stating the return address - on their website there is not return address mentioned only France !!! and now they want to tell me that I missed to send it back in time, which is a joke - how could I send it back without knowing their return address and procedure.

I placed an order while I was in the UK and have been chasing it for over a week. I received a shipment email on the 17th of December, but here I am on the 25th with no tracking number and no order.
This has been a complete waste of time and money!
