Leider muss man einen Stern geben, verdient hätten sie null. Der bestellte Pullover wurde ewig nicht verschickt. Dann habe ich hier gelesen, dass es öfters Probleme gibt und ich wollte stornieren. Sowohl die automatisch generierten Nachrichten als auch die E-Mails mit echten Menschen weigerten sich, meine Stornierung anzunehmen, obwohl ich vehement darauf hingewiesen habe, dass noch nichts verschickt ist und ich es auch nicht mehr haben will. Schließlich habe ich den PayPal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet, woraufhin mir dankeswerterweise schnell mein Geld zurück überwiesen würde. Jetzt aber ist der Pullover angekommen, er ist total ausgeleiert, stinkt und das Etikett ist abgeschnitten! Na toll, und was mache ich jetzt?? Ich will das Ding nicht haben!

This is a “scam Company”. Don’t trust it. I ordered clothes from here but I haven’t received it when I tried to contact them. They are not responding to my emails. I spent £259 on these clothes and I mailed them numerous times but they didn’t respond a single time.
I think it is running by some dodgy scammers.
Beware, Don’t ever order any thing from here.

Poor quality and sizing, ordered a suit for £221 and it is not worth £40, stated the material was polyester but that is not correct as it feels like paper, states that it is an american company with high quality material (false) but comes from china, no return options online as it is stating not eligible for a return…if you meed a refund please contact your bank as you will not get one

However, for customers in the UK, we have already encountered issues with certain tracking numbers provided by the carrier. In some cases, this prevents our system from confirming whether the order has been delivered or not, which can make the return portal unavailable.
If this happens, the best solution is to contact our customer service team directly by email. They will assist you and create the return request manually if needed. Our response time is between 24 and 48 hours.

The pictures on the site are totally different from what you get in person and good luck trying to get a refund. It’s not worth it. It’s a scam of a site basically sourcing clothes from China to whoever. The clothes have no quality in there. Just DONT buy anything from them!!!!

Ein falsches Produkt wurde geliefert. Statt wie gewünscht das korrekte Produkt auf den Weg zu bringen. Wird penetrant versucht, die falsch gelieferte Ware etwas günstiger anzubieten. Nachdem dann nochmal klargemacht wurde, man erwarte den Versand des korrekten Produkts, wird an eine andere Abteilung verwiesen von da nach einer Woche keine Reaktion.

Calidad pésima a precios carísimos
Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner menos. La calidad de la ropa es pésimo, no sirve ni para disfrazarse. Zapatos de 100€ sin caja y arrugados, la atención al cliente pésima. Y para devolver hay que mandar muchos email y encima te descuentan 20€ de envío. Es un fraude de página. Las fotos no corresponden con lo que envían.

Mi è arrivato un articolo completamente diverso da quello ordinato, privo persino di etichetta, dopo un’attesa di 10 giorni. Non solo ho subito un evidente disagio, ma non mi è stata nemmeno data la possibilità di effettuare il reso – che, tra l’altro, sarebbe stato a mio carico.
Il servizio clienti è inesistente: nessuna risposta ai miei tentativi di contatto.
Se non riceverò riscontro a breve, valuterò di intraprendere azioni legali.
Sconsiglio vivamente l’acquisto da questo shop.

Return policy
The pants I received were actually good quality and looked great no complaints there. The sizing chart did not match the actual fit the pants I ordered were way too short and tight even though I followed the guide. On top of that, I was shocked to learn that discounted items can’t be returned due to store policy. That’s extremely inconvenient and outdated. A return option should be standard especially when sizing is unreliable. I now have to either throw them out or try to resell them somewhere. It’s extremely frustrating and your return policy just feels outdated and unfair.
I might still order something from you in the future, but this experience left a bad taste. At least be more clear upfront that discounted items are FINAL SALE don’t hide that in the fine print

I ordered four polo shirts from Wear Old Money. They are very well-made, comfortable and fit great! They fit is very flattering.
After I placed the order, I didn't receive a confirmation email. I have to admit I was afraid I might have gotten scammed, based on a number of negative Trustpilot reviews. However, when I contacted customer service, I received a prompt response and was given an estimated arrival date. The shirts arrived within about eight to 12 days as promised (shipping was free).
I ordered a number of polos recently from various makers. These are, by far, the nicest. They were on sale at $40, and I think they were well worth the money.
