Good product, poor site
This product from Webbox is extremely good quality and my four cats are very fond of it as part of a varied diet of wet cat foods.
ahaowever the website is extremely ' twitchy' and can be frustrating such as during making my last order, the site refused to show me the basket to check and pay. I had to give up exit the site and start again.

Excellent customer experience
Excellent customer experience from start to finish.
The website is very easy to navigate and quite intuitive.
I was browsing the special offer section after being sent an email, and was delighted to see that they highlighted short expiry dates on the clearance products, which is really helpful.
My order was very quickly dispatched he'd and delivered; including a free gift!... All in all, I couldn't be happier ☺️

Great - apart from the packaging.
The order arrived promptly, and the cat is very happy with the food (Webbox Naturals Senior Plus) and treats (Lick-e-Puds).
One complaint: the items were packed loosely in a very large box with insufficient padding and the growing medium for the Cat Grass Kit had spilled in transit. (I managed to scoop most of it up and have planted the seeds, which are growing).

My cat loves Lickelix!
My cat loves Lickeli, especially the beef flavour!.
From ordering to arrival at my home, the process was very easy and straight forward.
Over £40 and free postage is a bonus as well.
A great company to deal with and I am a regular customer!

A Poor Experience
I ordered cat sticks at full price and received 9 packs with a use by date of a month. I was given a partial refund (the alternative was that I could return them and get ones with a Nov date). The onus is always on the customer to do most of the work in these situation which is not good customer service. There was a platitude of a sorry but no real acceptance that this is not an acceptable practice an no reflection of these extra work the customer is doing to get things resolved.
When I buy cat sticks elsewhere I get ones with 6 months plus expiry, often a year plus buying from here was no cheaper. Not a good experience and one I will not repeat.

We are always concerned to receive poor feedback, so the Consumer Care Manager for Pets Choice has reviewed the correspondence between you and our consumer care team to see if there is anything we need to consider to improve our service.
As the agent you dealt with advised, we were so sorry to hear of the picking error. We remedied the issue as soon as we had photographic evidence to aid with our investigation.
Please be assured that we take all consumer feedback extremely seriously, however, in this instance our consumer care team did everything they could to resolve the issue fully, and in a timely manner.
