They will spam you with coaching emails
One star because the drug delivery is usually efficient and very good. It would be a far higher rating but WebMed have automatically put me on a list to receive coaching emails. I dont want to receive these at all and have asked repeatedly and very clearly to be removed from the list. They are ignoring me and continue to send emails so I'm leaving this here in the hope that someone able to remove
me from the list will see it. Its a huge shame because if you didnt do this, I'd be very happy to recommend you. Please, stop sending the coaching invitations. They are unwanted and I shouldnt have to ask continually for you to stop sending them.
For clarity and because I know that WebMed like to reply in detail to other negative reviews (which I think is a good thing), the emails I sent to WebMed asking not to be sent coaching emails are as follows:
17 April 2025 - WM replied saying sorry, we've removed you from the list
10 May 2025 - WM said sorry again and that they'd removed me from the list
12 June 2025 - WM said, there's an unsubscribe button you know but we've unsubscribed for you
14 June 2025 - WM hadn't unsubscribed me and didnt reply to this email.
3rd July - no reply yet but clearly, none of my four prior requests had been actioned, and if they had, something is wrong with your email system.
To be clear, I'm not unhappy with the drug supply part of your service. I'm very unhappy with your email spamming. Please just stop sending coaching emails to me. I'm not interested and I don't want to receive them.
I'd rather not have to complain to the ICO and I'd like to not need to change supplier but both are looking increasingly inevitable.

We are sincerely apologise for the annoyance the Coaching email invitations has caused you.
Following a thorough investigation, we can confirm that you were unsubscribed as requested, however, each week we add the names of the people who have purchased from us the week prior. The system was originally set to maintain the persons chosen option but when we changed platform earlier in the year this check box had been overlooked. Therefore, we accept it was completely our error and are very sorry. This error has now been rectified.
Many of our patients have found the Weight Loss Coaching to be tremendously valuable. Kim, our Wellness Coach is very experienced, and her approach is very different. We DON’T fat shame but encourage people to live a healthier life with really useful tips and advice not only on diet, nutrition and exercise, but mindfulness, relationships, the importance of sleep and hydration to name but a few. To help them achieve their target weight and stay there.
Once again, we apologise and thank you for pushing us to find the anomaly in our system.
