From start to finish, Well Polished made a fantastic job of deep cleaning my house. Tina is a lovely lady and fully understood my requirements. The results are great, it looks amazing. I would highly recommend Well Polished to anyone looking for professionals that do a great job

We have just had our first clean for my mum with Jessica she was fabulous her cleaning was a big 10 out of 10 and she has a lovely personality my mum liked her which made her quite happy to have a cleaner. Well done well polished for providing a fab service and a wonderful cleaner thanks Jackie, Tracey & Mum x

Helpful and professional. Responds quickly. Kind and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Started well but this company use sub-contracted cleaners. If you get a good cleaner that is responsible and cares about the client then you are onto a winner, if you require more than a one off clean.
However, be aware that in my experience, the cleaner can choose to not visit with just a few minutes notice, change days, times or not fulfill their agreed schedule at all. The company have little recourse and have to then attempt to find an alternative cleaner at short notice that may not materialise.
The company try their best to provide a stand in, but this is far from ideal for many customers.

Booked in two cleaners for a one off deep clean. Booking process was efficient and easy, the two cleaners arrived on time and were very polite. Highly recommend 🙂

please could you send my thanks to Kym and Kirstie. They have done a fantastic cleaning job in the bungalow. This is my first chance to get over there. Thanks again

Well polished were very helpful and managed to fit me in at short notice. Jordan, my cleaner was really good. Nothing was too much trouble! Would highly recommend. House was super clean after!

Well polished found me an excellent cleaner. They listened to the details of what I was looking for and promptly arranged for Angela to start cleaning the next week. Angela is thorough & efficient, I am so grateful for her help every week. She cleans everything from light-fittings in the ceiling down to the skirting boards and the house feels great when she’s done.

When Angela was away they arranged for Hannah to do a cover clean so we didn’t miss a week, she was fabulous too.

Really pleased with well polished and their team. Thank you.

Very responsive, friendly and professional.
Cleaner did a great job and I wish I'd used them on a regular basis rather than a one-off clean.
I'll use them again.
Highly recommended.

Had Nicola in to do a deep clean and am delighted with the work she did. Would definitely recommend.

I’m really pleased with this company. I’m living in the Swansea area and my cleaner Dawn is amazing. Always on time, honest and has never let me down. I leave her to do the clean and I go out. She leaves the house gleaming. If you’re thinking of using this company I would highly recommend her.

Jessica provides an excellent service. Friendly, efficient and has never let me down, always giving good communication of any variance to her schedule.

Finding reliable domestic cleaning providers is not easy so I feel I have come up trumps by finding Charlotte's concern. Very professional, reliable and good value. I couldn't regard them any higher. Richard

Ally was very efficient in organizing a cleaner to arrive within 2 days of starting the process. She responded quickly and clearly aad a good grasp of our needs.
