Extraordinary & immediate customer service, unusual these days. Excellent products too. Have been wearing the KN95 3D masks for 3 years and I’m probably the only person I know who hasn’t contracted COVID-19. Not going anywhere without them.

Quality of these masks is terrible. I thought I was ordering the same quality as before but these don’t even fit my chin, too loose and useless. So disappointing

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a package does not arrive as expected.
After reviewing the shipment tracking, it appears that the carrier attempted delivery and left a notice indicating that the package was redirected to a local post office for pickup. According to the latest tracking update, the item is currently being held by the postal service and should be available for pickup.
Unfortunately, once an order leaves our facility and is handed over to the shipping carrier, the delivery process is managed entirely by the carrier. In this case, the postal service controls the delivery attempts and pickup arrangements, and we do not have direct control over those procedures.
That said, we truly want to help resolve this for you. One of our Wellness Advisors has already sent you a private email and would love the opportunity to improve your experience.
