Quality gone down too loose now
This wasn’t 2nd time buying this mask and this time they are too loose and I got an infection while wearing it. :( what happened from October 25 to Feb 2026?

Swimmates for a holiday
I ordered Swimmates for a holiday, so I would be able to go in the pool. They do not show under my tankini and didn't leak. They arrived in a couple of weeks. I'm very pleased I found them, and definitely recommend.

Great masks!
These masks fit my kid's face so much better than any we've ever tried and their reusability is incredible. We disinfect them when they get home so they feel good about reusing them.

Pleased with product
Masks came quickly, fit just as described and are comfortable and secure. Wish they had vented ones in colors and patterns too. Oh, and the price was right!

Buyer beware
After searching for a company that had the item I needed in stock, I ordered from wellbefore.com. Paid for the item and only then learned the following:
"Unfortunately, the items in your order #1150541 are not currently available.
We are terribly sorry for this. We know how important these products are and we are doing our very best to ensure we bring them back in stock as quickly as possible.
Your original form of payment has been refunded for the full order. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused."
It is not rocket science to maintain an accurate count of what you have and do not have in stock - unless your only reason for listing items you do not have is to gain traction with search engines. From my experience, it's probable that all of the 5* reviews for this company are bogus. The only "good" thing is that my payment was refunded - but the time I lost making sure the company had what I needed, reading their reviews and completing their order form will never be returned.

Great customer support
I have had a subscription from WellBefore for several years. They are reliable and deliver as promised. On the few occasions when I have had issues, the customer support has been excellent. They have people available by phone seven days a week and there's no automated system to deal with, a real person answers the call. You can also request support by email and they respond promptly. I will continue to shop with them.

Great masks, wish they had larges
I really like these masks, however I am sad that none of the Large sizes for adults have been in stock for months! My partner only fits into the larges and very few other brands sell them

White packaging is hard to rip open
The masks are great! My issue comes with the newer white packaging the masks come in. The green packaging the masks used to come in was much easier to rip open than the white packaging the masks are currently packed in. I've been struggling to open every white packaged mask, and I'm a young, able bodied person. If I'm struggling to rip them open, it must be impossible for people with dexterity or hand strength issues. If the individual packaging was easier to rip open, then I would have given this 5 stars.

I love how thick the mask is, however, the ear loops are too long and the mask does not seal to my face or my husband‘s face very well. Won’t be purchasing again.
