So thrilled Frugi posts to Australia

So thrilled Frugi posts to Australia! Quick delivery (about 10-14 days) considering the distance. We got the puddle buster coat which is fleece lined- have bought 2 before this one and they're always really good quality, they last years, went through 2 kids easily (outer waterproof bit started fraying towards the end but that was several years on and with almost daily wear between 2 kids). They're warm and snug and fully waterproof and look beautiful.

Email issues

Tried to contact the email on their website to cancel my order before dispatch. Unfortunately my emails were not responded to, or supposedly received. Frustrating when an email was more a more convenient way to communicate outside of office hours.

I was grateful to Frugi for offering to pay the return fee, but I did lose the delivery fee which was almost £4.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this – I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating that experience felt. We know how handy email can be, especially outside of office hours, so it’s disappointing to hear that your messages didn’t reach us in time to help before dispatch.
Once an order has started its journey, our system isn’t able to stop it, which is why we couldn’t cancel it at that stage. That said, we’re really glad our team could help by covering the return postage for you – we always want to make things as easy and fair as possible.
Delivery charges are unfortunately not refundable once the parcel has been sent, which is why that £4 wasn’t included back, but we completely understand how that can still feel like a let-down when you’d tried to contact us earlier.
Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and has been shared with the team, as it helps us keep improving how we support our lovely customers. Kind regards

Years of purchasing, years of wear,and ethical

We are coming to the end of purchasing for our grandchildren ( because of their ages). I have been buying Frugi since the eldest was a baby (and also for their mother). They have lived abroad and whenever we visit and the children go out in their Frugi attire someone stops us and asks where the children's garments come from.

Quality has gone down across the board

Quality has gone down across the board. Sizing has gotten small, dresses are shorter and order was sent in two parts without explanation or warning. Prices are terrible compared to quality. Frugi now resembles fast fashion.

We never want Frugi to feel like fast fashion. Our aim has always been joyful, long‑lasting clothes made to be worn, loved and passed on, so it’s genuinely upsetting to hear that the quality and fit haven’t met your expectations. Your comments about sizing feeling smaller and dresses being shorter are especially important, and I’ll make sure this feedback is shared with our product and fit teams so it can be properly looked at.
I’m also sorry about your order arriving in two parts without any clear explanation. That’s not a great experience, and we know how confusing it can be when parcels turn up unexpectedly. We want delivery to feel smooth and reassuring, not puzzling.
When it comes to price versus quality, we know Frugi is an investment, and it really matters that the clothes feel worth it when they arrive. If something isn’t right for you, we absolutely want to help put that right, whether that’s through returns, a refund, or some sizing guidance to help you find a better fit next time. And thank you again for being honest with us. Feedback like this really does matter and helps us do better for our Frugi families.

Beautiful Bracken Jacket!

Beautiful hooded jacket – a great purchase! The quality is outstanding: warm, well-made, and true to size with a strong zip. It looks great on its own or layered under a gilet or coat. The colours are vibrant and I’ve had so many compliments wearing it. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast, and the packaging was secure. Great value and a lovely company – highly recommend!

great quality beautiful prints

Frugi has the best quality organic cotton I have experienced so far: the quality of their cotton exceeds those of high end brands like Stella McCartney, Bobo Choses, Mini Rodini, etc. significantly. I love their colorful prints, they have good customer service and fast shipping overseas. Would highly recommend❤️💛💚🩵💜
