Excellent service and product.

Easy to order the fleece top and I was kept informed about progress throughout its journey to me.
The top itself is gorgeous and feels very soft. I can't wait to see my grandson in it!

Order Lost, No Refund, Useless Support

Very disappointed. I placed my order on 29.12.2025 and it still hasn’t arrived. The tracking has stopped working, so the parcel is essentially lost.

Customer support exists, but it’s been completely useless — no clear answers, no solution, just wasted time. After waiting this long, there is no point in receiving the order anymore, as my child has already grown out of the size.

To make things worse, I still have not received a refund for an order that was never delivered. This is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Lovely clothing

Lovely clothing, lots of choice on easy to navigate website.
Sale items very good value.
Items took a while to arrive but Frugi kept me informed, that careful and personal touch makes all the difference.
Delighted with quality and style of the clothes I bought for a new baby and a 6 year old.

Delivery took far longer than…

Delivery took far longer than anticipated and despite messaging I received no reply. I appreciate the storm impacted but a message would’ve been helpful

Paid for Royal Mail 48 delivery (as no other option) and my parcel took over 2 weeks to arrive. I tried enquiring with customer service several times however nobody responded until I had already received the parcel.

Great as always

Great as always, the fabrics are really good quality, the clothes last, and the pyjamas are so cosy they're the kids' favourites.

Excellent experience

I first ordered from Frugi last year. I was a bit hesitant at first, mainly because of the price range. However, I was able to get a bargain during their sale. I ordered a few baby clothes and discovered that they also do twining styles for older siblings.

Once I received my order I was so pleased with the quality and design. The kids were also happy and we get compliments regularly from strangers because everyone just adores the cute patterns.

Since purchasing, I've been washing the clothes on 30°C with laundry disinfectant. The colours haven't faded and the fabric hasn't got any fluffing yet.

The fit is great. Generally room to grow but not too much. Which is great when you purchasing baby clothes or your baby is in-between sizes.

The baby sleepsuits, long sleeve body suits and easy dressing baby grow have snugger fit sleeves so you don't have to fold them back. The footed parts of the outfits are also more fitted to little baby feet. This is also great as other brands tend to have too large footed parts causing the baby discomfort and making them look silly or the outfit too large.

I absolutely love the parsnips joggers. This is something I haven't seen elsewhere before. They are a life saver when your baby is an in-between size stage. The waist and the ankle pieces can be adjusted.

The patterns are lovely even for an 8 year old. Especially if you want your child to look like a child. I was really sick of the beige and pink clothing hence why I searched the Internet for different options. I'm glad that I found Frugi.

My review based on 3-6 months and 8-9 years sizing.

Items late/out of stock/poor customer service communication

I placed an order 2 weeks ago for 2 items. No updates received on the dispatch of items, so no idea when it would arrive. Then I received a refund without explanation yesterday, it turns out that the main item I wanted is out of stock.
a) why isn't stock take being kept up to date so that I know this when I place an order?
b) shouldn't you at least explain & apologise about the issue without me having to chase for an explanation first?
c) I wouldn't have ordered the second item & paid the delivery charge only for this had I known that the other item wasn't available. It looks like they have just dispatched the other item without first checking with me. Also not happy about paying for delivery when it is being dispatched so late.
d) my questions to customer services haven't been answered, they don't seem to be able to keep up with queries despite them having stock & dispatch issues.
Best to avoid, as if you order something there's no knowing whether it is in stock or not and when they will dispatch it.

Fab company

Fab company! Quick despatch and great quality clothing. Some wash fade but to be expected with organic cotton. Just love this brand and everything they stand for, policies are also super clear and transparent.

Made an order two weeks ago and not…

Made an order two weeks ago and not even been dispatched yet - I got an email today to say an item is no longer in stock. Cannot fulfil their orders and certainly cannot fulfil in good time. Between this and being disappointed with how the cotton items fade badly with washing I will be avoiding in future.

Edit; asked to cancel the order as it didn’t have everything I wanted and customer service take 3-5 working days to respond so it has since been sent. Receiving half an order I don’t particularly want any more.

Never again

Never again. Very disappointed to this company. Never received my order and never gets update or email if this has been despatch or what. Very disappointed as I’ve been waiting this order unfortunately never receive so i decided to cancel and ask my refund.
So hard to chase the refund no email confirmation if the refund is processing what so ever. I want my money back and I have rights to get my money back after asking cancellation after 2 weeks no receive! if this not been Please process my refund! And send me confirmation of my refund !
Never again to this company. Very disappointed

Due to the quite severe adverse weather we experienced here in Cornwall recently we had to briefly close our warehouse for safety reasons and this also caused disruption with our couriers. This does mean that all orders were delayed, but our warehouse is working hard to get back on track. Very slow to arrive

I have purchased two items from you and both appear to be good. Howe er they took a very long time to reach me. I did ask whether this was because they were coming from China but have had no reply. Will you explain why it takes so long to despatchitems please?

No, your order wasn’t shipped from China. We dispatch from our UK warehouse (Cornwall).
Why it can take longer than expected: most delays are due to a combination of dispatch backlogs (e.g., peak-season volumes or limited stock on a particular size/colour), carrier network delays, and occasionally address verification or split shipments. Peak trading periods. Seasonal sales or holiday periods can add 1–3 working days in the warehouse and 1–3 with the courier due to high volumes.
