Gorgeous outfits. Wash well, interesting patterns and great colours, love the philosophy of this company.
Cons - surprise bundle was disappointing. Mostly summer outfits (it’s January) and one dress (I selected the “boy” gender). Appreciate some people don’t mind boys wearing dresses but prefer not to as my choice.

Frugi is a great brand - excellent quality, exciting styles for little ones, reliable service and great aftercare. I know I’ll always find something that my granddaughters will like at Frugi.

The fit of the clothes is small to true size.
It took a while to receive my parcel as they use Evri, so what should have been 3 day delivery was well over a week.
I emailed in to check if they had received my parcel which I paid £4.25 to post & did get a reply 2 - 3 days later.
Not bad, just not good.

Nice quality garment. Really appreciated the environmentally conscious packaging.

Almost 2 weeks since my order. They assured me the order was being picked in the warehouse but still no sign of it. You have to email enquiries as there is no phone or chat facility and wait up to 3 days for a response. I run a small business and if my customer service was as tardy as this I would be out of business. No idea about the quality of the clothes as they haven’t arrived. Very disappointing.

Frugi have beautiful, high quality clothes and I love how colourful and fun they are. Delivery was quick and the items are great!

This was an easy website to use and order from. The clothes are quality...well made and a lovely fabric.
My 2 yr old granddaughter is obsessed with the T-shirt i bought her...the one with the horse on the front!

Absolutely terrible communication and customer service, no proper update on my order's status, despite having paid for delivery over a week and a half ago my order has not even been dispatched.

Had to chase Frugi to find out their warehouse had been closed (probably should email customers to notify about delays...), but if it's open again now, how difficult is it to find one item and send it out?

Emails are now being ignored, and I want a refund.

I ordered these two tops for my Grandchildren for presents. I'm sure they will love them. I loved the lion jumper and the unicorn top!

I was delighted with the clothes I ordered for my granddaughter. Everything was beautiful, the design, the colours and the fabric. They were expertly made from top quality materials. I would definitely recommend.

Poor customer service. I received a faulty garment & emailed straight away & after 3 emails sent I am still waiting a reply. This has put me off buying from Frugi
