Ordered Endura bib shorts on 30th Oct. I had to chase them to find out to find out they couldn't source them.
After nearly a month they recommended cancelling the order and then i see that day that they have virtually the same shorts (same model, same size, same colour) for sale at a higher price. i believe if you have accepted an order you should supply, obviously we have different values.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Westbrook Cycles! Despite being a non-local customer, I recently made a significant purchase of an electric bike and accessories, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Ordered a part urgently needed for an event. Upon ordering this was shown as 5-7 day lead time. I contacted the team via email and Stephen arranged for expedited picking, packing and next day delivery at no extra cost.
Superb service and will definitely use them again.

Misleading stock/despatch times advertised and some small inaccuracies in item description. To be fair it must be onerous to maintain thousands of items.

Best prices on the market, and aftercare to match. Bought on price not really expecting anything else but being new to cycling I had a few simple questions which they answered almost immediately (even on a Sunday) and gave great advice for accessories and maintenance.

Only shop with frame bag in stock I wanted. Super quick delivery, plus easy returns and quickly refunded when I still managed to order the wrong product.

Ordered a bike in June and payment taken immediately.

Website says dispatch in 2 days except a peak times.

Requested an update after 3 days and received a response but that information was overly optimistic.

Waited another 4 days and followed up by email again.

Waited a further day with no response. No one answered the phone after two attempts so I emailed to cancel the order and bought the bike elsewhere.

Strangely- they accepted my cancellation request almost immediately, but with no word of apology or reason for the delay.

Not the kind of service you'd expect in 2023.

Great customer service. There was a problem with my order which I reported in the late evening. Before 9am the following day I received an email telling me that the problem had been resolved and my order was dispatched shortly afterwards. Thanks to Jason and the team, 10/10.

This is my 2nd disappointing experience with Westbrook Cycles, but never again. When placing my order, I checked the items were in stock and was shown 2 - 3 days delivery. After 6 days, having not received confirmation of despatch, I called them and was informed they would be despatched later that day. It is now 9 days and still no conformation. A genuinely poor service!! Shop elsewhere. There are some remarkable businesses providing a first class customer experience.

Westbrook Cycles has been my go-to bike shop for a number of years for new bikes, servicing and clothing and the customer service from the Westbrook team has always been excellent, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Yesterday I went in with an ongoing drive train issue and the guys resolved it happily and successfully while I was there, which I really appreciated. I’d highly recommend Westbrook Cycles to anyone looking for first-class service and support.

Clothing order confirmed 29 April - since then nothing - appears item was never in stock. No response to email asking for a dispatch date / expected delivery date. Appears to be a complete shambles - DO NOT USE

Eventually arrived 9th May - if you choose to use this company be patient - they are not in a rush to do anything - even replying to an email or answering the phone.

I ordered a Cannondale Systembar computer mount, but due to a manufacturing fault the Garmin unit was loose when fitted. Great service from Scott, who advised that he’d contacted Cannondale who were sending out a replacement part which addressed the fitting problem. Scott kept me updated, part arrived today and is a solid fit. The issue wasn’t Westbrooks, but it was sorted asap. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again, based on the excellent service I received.

I bought an ebike from Westbrooks in August 2022. The service was fantastic and they gave me a good deal (always important). Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I subsequently had a warranty claim on the bike (no fault of Westbrooks). The service given, especially by James, was exemplary. They went out of their way to help. I find that the aftersales service is a mark of a company and in this case, I've found them to be excellent.

Not sure if I’ve ordered bike parts from this shop before but the name certainly rings a bell from Google searches. I ordered a Cannondale bottom bracket cable guide for my old caad8 frame that I’d misplaced since using it as a single speed, ordered on Saturday 3rd December and arrived 2 days later on Monday 5th. I did choose the DPD option over Royal Mail for the same price as it seemed a safer bet at the moment. So can’t knock the service and speed of delivery which is much appreciated as it was only that small part holding up the rebuild of the bike. Thank you.

Credit where it’s due, this is a brilliant company. Easy to use website and parts finder. Ordered parts late Thursday night, arrived Saturday. Excellent service, thank you.

What an excellent company.

I visited Westbrook cycles to look at a number of eBike options. Very and very helpful and knowledgable staff. I bought a Whyte RSX160 and within 2 hours it was in and out of the workshop set up and ready to ride.

Reassuring and amazing customer service, highly recommend this company.
