Didn’t like the faff of application, or poor performance
Didn’t like the faff of application, having to soak and then rinse. Didn’t appreciate a notable dissatisfaction by family members (wife & son) on completion, with complaints of water marks.
Didn’t like the high price, would have been ok if performance was like all other wet&forget products

Easy to use. Brilliant results eventually. It take a few days for the full effect to be seen, well worth the wait.

Great product which I’ve used several…
Great product which I’ve used several times before on flagstones. Used on wooden benches this time. A couple of weeks on and they look much better and the moss and mould is disappearing . Does what it says on the label. If only it could stop the pigeons settling on the bench and messing it up again!

Easy to deal with and quick delivery
Buying direct gave me a serious discount and next day delivery.
Not had a chance to try it yet (rained every day since delivery!) but if it performs half as well as described, I'll be happy.

Product is good but delivery service frustratingly bad…
I have purchased this product previously and because of its effectiveness I reordered. The product and the ordering process are both very good. However the delivery experience by your courier DPD has been consistently appalling. On each occasion the delivery has been to the wrong address, despite extensively detailed instructions to the driver. Wet and Forget should seriously review the delivery contract, monitor their service level agreement and consider switching to a more reliable and reputable delivery service.
