Timely delivery but product came faintly unclean/marked.. And also one part damaged. Informed them of this and they offered a discounted price /partial refund or replacement part at no extra cost. I opted for the new part.. But havnt still not received it though i have been informed it was posted last week

I ordered a home desk and this was delivered within 48 hours, as promised. Important to note that this was during the lockdown when many other companies noted delays in fulfilment. The desk was easy to assemble thanks to clear instructions and all the parts being labelled with their respective numbers (take that IKEA). It's of good quality and, when considering the low price, you could say excellent quality.

Quick delivery, great customer service. Unfortunately desk purchased was a different tone wood than expected (dark oak is no way close to teak). Desk looked of very high quality and was packaged correctly and without waste. Returning was quick and refund speedy. Have bought from previously and would buy from again.

The only thing preventing me giving a five star review is that some of the panels have superficial scratches in their finish from shipping which is unfortunate.

Absolutely exceptional customer service!
My furniture order arrived promptly and within the delivery time frame but upon inspection I found one piece to be critically damaged, these things happen in transit I guess.
I contacted HomeInOnline and they sent out a replacement part immediately.
I couldn’t have been happier.
