Highly recommend Home In Online
I ordered a desk and it’s great. Good quality materials and very easy to build. Doesn’t wobble or creak and delivery was quick and stress free. Would probably buy more from Home In Online.

An absolutely superb service! The desk arrived in perfect condition due to the expert packaging. It was very easy to assemble. The desk is beautiful. The wood is smooth and the rounded edges are very tactile. It is very sturdy and a delight to work at.

Desk
Ordered a desk, it arrived very soon after with notifications about when it would be delivered. Desk is superb quality and easy to assemble (and I'm an ikea veteran!). Very impressed and I'd definitely shop there again.

Excellent service and shopping experience
I am really pleased with the service I received from this company. I ordered a desk and was able to select my delivery day and was then kept up to date with the progress. I also received a message on the day of delivery with an hour time slot. The desk is great, my experience has been very positive and I would recommend this company.

Desk (partial) arrived in good time. Unfortunately DPD let them down by missing part of the delivery also we had to wait another 4 days before we could build it. Nothing at all to with supplier who did chase up DPD.
Furniture good quality and would definitely use them again.

Chairs
I bought 4 chairs, 2 of them came with some damages. I contacted customer service to explain the situation and they came back to me immediately with different alternatives.
The customer service throughout all the buying/returning process was excellent.
The chairs are vere comfortable and relatively easy to assembly.

Excellent desk & customer service
Recently bought a desk through Home in Online, and want to recommend just how good they were. The desk is reasonably priced, an excellent quality and has very good instructions and the installation is much easier than any other furniture I've built before. Also, there was an error made by the courier meaning that half the package went missing. Dominic over the phone was really helpful, immediately solved the problem by posting a replacement next-day delivery, and was friendly and confident during the whole issue. Will definitely use again.

Edit - Very pleased with the Desk supplied
Very pleased with the Desk supplied however we received zero communication from HomeInOnline regarding order processing and dispatch.
Edit - Seems gmail consigned order confirmation to spam. Check yours! I have consequently assigned the full 5 stars.
Luckily I have DPD App. DPD notified that they were picking up a shipment but hadn't yet got it. Late the following night I checked and they had the shipment.
The next we knew was the DPD driver at 07.30am leaving the 2 heavy packages down the side of the house and setting off motion detector in the doorbell.
Full marks to DPD, sorry HomeInOnline for initial markdown.
