Incredible Service!
Absolutely astounded at the amazing service from Wetrooms Online. We placed our order at about 12h00, and received a phone call the same afternoon to thank us for the business, and to confirm the delivery date. To receive a phone cell (from an actual person!) in this day and age is amazing, and a really nice, reassuring touch. Highly recommended!!

Gear came quickly
Gear came quickly, good speedy service. However the tanking kit was rubbish, way worse than say a Mapei kit. Not worth the money, pretty annoyed with it actually.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of Wetrooms Online.
I'm really sorry and surprised to see that you were not happy with the tanking kit you received.
We have literally sold 1000's of these kits and have never had any issues or negative feedback regarding them.
If you had contacted us we could of discussed any issues, and sent out a replacement if there was a issue with the particular kit you received.
If you wish to discuss this further please do not hesitate to give our customer service team a call on 0800 280 8008.
Kind regards,

Good quality, good value, great range of sizes
I am very pleased with the shower screens. They are good quality, they fit well, and were delivered within 48 hours of me ordering them. The staff member I spoke to at Wetrooms Online was very helpful. Before phoning I had tried to use the web chat facility and that did not work. I received no response to my question, which is why I phoned them and they were then very helpful.

Pleased with service, but supplied a discontinued shower tray at full price and couldn’t give me the technical answers on the product.

Resposta da www.wetrooms-online.com
Hi,
You purchased two AKW Duraform trays, which are clearly listed as 'Clearance Specials'. As such they were priced at £125 each including the drain and carriage, which is well below their full RRP of £200+ per tray.
With regard to your technical questions, we answered as fully and as helpfully as we could, I'm sorry that this fell short of your expectations on this occasion.
Yours Sincerely,
Mat Whiteley
