After much deliberation I ordered two of the London bar stools in taupe for my new cottage. Delivery was very quick and they were incredibly well packaged. They are absolutely beautiful and the quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend Where Saints Go, they’re now high on my list for future purchases.

I ordered my 3 barstools with a 10 week wait- so 10 weeks without stools in our new kitchen. We were desperate to get them but had no communication from them with regards to a delivery date during the 10 weeks. I emailed the company and was told still no idea of a delivery date. Once the 10 weeks was up, I contacted the company to be told they’ve arrived but with problems so I could only be sent one. We had a holiday planned so I needed to cancel the entire order so they wouldn’t be delivered during our month away. When speaking with a female staff member I was given no apology at all- she just cancelled the order. If she’d given a sincere apology for the 10 week wait with no stools delivered then I’d not be writing such a disappointing review now. Really terrible representative of this company. Over 3 months later I see the stools advertised online as in stock. So, I purchased and luckily this time they arrived promptly and they are really lovely. So my review is low due to the awful customer service, which lets down an amazing product.

The duvet cover sets I bought are really lovely. The washed cotton is a gorgeous material, they wash well, dry quickly and don't need ironing. Great service - they were dispatched promptly and arrived well packaged. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Made a second order of three bar stools as we loved them so much. DPD were awful, they “lost” the two packages, and i had to inform Where Saints Go. Joanne was superb, very helpful and kept me informed as to what was happening. The stools eventually turned up 5 days later. Great quality products and lovely staff, would definitely recommend.

BEWARE OF NEVADA DINING CHAIR COLOUR DIFFERENCE
Please be careful when ordering from this company. The images are staged and therefore the colours are SO different in person.
I never write reviews, but I feel so incredibly let down by this company. I bought five of the Nevada dining chairs from this company after falling in love with them online. They were the exact size, style and colour that I was after. After receiving them, I eagerly put them round my table and noticed straight away that the colour was completely different to as stated and shown online. I video called my partner straight away, and before I had even shared my own thoughts, he mentioned it straight away. And that’s someone who doesn’t notice anything!
Online, the chairs are stated as a beige mocha. When they arrived, the box stated mushroom and that’s exactly the colour they were. The lightness of the chairs shown online is not there at all in person. They were much darker. I contacted the team and they confirmed that it was the same chairs as online, although I’d hoped I had been sent the wrong colour. I arranged for a return (following their recommendation) and was informed a refund for the return cost would be issued once they have the chairs and checked the colour in person. I had sent numerous photos, all at different times of the day, from different angles, and not one of them looked remotely close to the colour shown online. I proved this in every single image sent and thought to myself, there’s no chance on this earth that they can turn around and tell me the colour is the same.
They have apparently reviewed the chairs and said they’re the same colour as online, and therefore I will not receive a refund for the return cost. It’s five large parcels that I returned, and DPD had to collect them from my house. It wasn’t cheap! But I thought the company would do the right thing and cover the cost (as it’s not my fault mushroom chairs arrived). I purchased the chairs because it was the exact colour that I’ve been looking for, and haven’t been able to find anything similar elsewhere. If the colour was the same as online, I would’ve happily kept them. But the colour was so different (I wish I could share the thousand images I have).
I knew deep down that they were never going to cover the cost, and it’s such a shame when companies don’t care about customer relations and doing the right thing. A customer should never have to pay to return an item that’s different to what they ordered. I ordered beige mocha, not mushroom! The description on the product box should be the same as what is stated online when you purchase, otherwise it’s extremely misleading.
So, if you order from this company and you receive your order that’s a completely different colour to what you thought (and described differently on the packaging), just know that you will need to pay over £100 for delivery and return.
They have great products on their site, but unfortunately they’re not a company I trust and will ever purchase from again.
Update: since receiving my review, they have refunded us half of the delivery cost. I appreciate the refund, however it’s always disappointing when a company cares more about how they look online rather than listening to concerns in the moment. I still think the chairs need to be updated online to reflect the true colour of the chairs, even if they were stated as mushroom colour as they state on the packaging, just so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
