What a fantastic easy insurance company to be with. Website easy to navigate and we’ve been in the unfortunate situation where we’ve had to make 2 claims for 2 different animals this year and they have been easy from start to finish.

Incredible customer service
Incredible! Worth more than 5 stars. Unexpectedly my Tilly came down with Aspiration Pneumonia. Vets were incredible but bills were so high and we had to pay upfront (vets rules!) and claim back. Thankfully she has made a full recovery. Online form took minutes to complete and fast response.
Our vets were very slow to respond but once they did Whistle and Wag informed us our payment would be here in 3-5 days. Brilliant 👌

No contact number which some people prefer.. e mail address not clear on which is correct one to use .. finally got the correct address but no outcome on service by the end of the day!.. all I wanted is to inform you my cat has died and I need to cancel the policy!! .. simple????

Really easy to set up. I found these on comparison site after being well over charged on previous insurance. My own fault for not looking around before. So glad I have this year. I'm now 25 pounds off better a mth and still know my animal has the cover he needs Many thanks

I ensured asking for someone to call me…
I emailed asking for someone to call me TWICE and it was assumed I was looking for a cheaper quote. This was NOT the case I just wanted someone to speak to with regards to the policy. I got TWO emails back saying the price for my renewal would not be changed. That's not what I wanted. If companies cannot be bothered to call their customers why should I bother giving them my money. Extremely POOR customer service.

Excellent service, impressed!
Excellent service, and very prompt response to my query. No 20% contribution required to any claim that I may need to put in for my senior dog, plus a reasonable quote for my older dog. So far, so good, I'm very impressed after the incompetence of my previous insurers, they took nearly a week to respond to any emails and trying to contact them by phone was a complete nightmare.

Good Company But Needs a Phone Number
Had no problems so far, Whistle & Wag have paid on in my cats long term treatment and even backdated it when I didn't realise there was a cut off date. I have had queries which could have quickly been answered by a phone call but they don't provide a number so you have to wait until someone replies by email. I don't know why companies are going this way as it doesn't make things easy.
