The best experience of a Home Buyers report I have from start to finish. The speed and quality were excellent and it was reassuring to be able to speak to directly to the surveyor. I would certainly recommend and use them again!

Team was really helpful and did exactly what they said they’d do in terms of booking as early an appointment for the survey as possible. The surveyor was extremely helpful and called us before and after her visit to set our expectations and run through the findings. Would recommend/use again.

Highly Recommend
I was skeptical at first due to the competitive price against other quotes but I was so impressed with the whole process.
Communication is what I value the most and WHS excelled at that from the beginning of the process all the way through to the end.
Ross my surveyor was incredible, so friendly and in depth.
Overall, I would highly recommend.

I received all the information pertaining to the property that I needed to know, enabling me to move forward and address the issues which I had no idea existed. An extremely detailed report was given, far in excess of what I imagined would be provided.

Very detailed survey and justified valuation
Very detailed survey. The valuation was significantly lower than expected however evidence provided for this was clear and fully justified the valuation amount. Report was received within three days and a phone call received on the day to confirm visit had gone ahead as planned. Very happy with service and would use again.

Absolutely delighted with the thorough…
Absolutely delighted with the thorough level 2 homebuyers report by William at White Horse Surveys . It Showed up issues we were not aware of and he gave us advice. William called to give a brief summary over the phone after his inspection and the full report was emailed to us on the same evening, fantastic service. I'm sure this will save us money and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Good to communicators and great value
Recommended to us buy a friend who also used when buying first home. Quick follow up and easy to deal with. Would recommend to anyone buying a house that doesn't need anything investigated too in depth.
