From the point of contact, White Horse Surveyors were friendly and professional.
We were very happy with the level of detail included in the survey, far superior to a survey we instructed ( a different company) on a previous property.

Very less details about the property for L3 Survey
Very less details about the property for L3 and more general information. Should have been more detailed about the property and conditions of it. Very basic information is missing and seems the surveyor harld spent any time in the property.

It was a very thorough and detailed survey. I ended up not proceeding with the purchase of a property after this survey and even though I was gutted it's saved me lots of money in the long run.

Extremely quick and helpful
Extremely quick and helpful! Had a call the same day completed survey to run through findings, asked to add valuation as forgot at time of booking. Valuation and full report received the next day!

Efficient, detailed and knowledgeable
Good detailed report. Easy to read and not too technical so I understood.
The follow-up phone call prior to receiving the report (which only took 4 days and included a weekend), was an excellent bonus.
I could ask any questions and all were answered efficiently and with a friendly attitude.

Whitehorse Surveyors are the best
Having used Whitehorse Surveyors now on numerous occasions, I don't think that I would ever consider using anyone else. I have always found them to be very professional, polite and helpful. The survey reports are very thorough and you will receive them either that day or the day after You will also have a phone call directly after the surveyors visit of the property giving you an update with any concerns that may have arisen during the visit.
My special thanks goes to David Charter who has always been so helpful and understanding for which I am I so grateful for.
Once again, you have come up trumps and thank you for everything.

Level 2 Homebuyers Survey
Very reasonably priced homebuyers survey that was done quickly and to a high standard. I appreciated the in depth comments for the survey and good instructions for next steps/recommendations as a first time buyer who didn't know what she should be doing!

They are very professional
They are very professional, right from the first phone call.
The survey was very in depth and informative.
The guy rang me as soon as he'd finished to give me an idea of hus findings.
When I got off the phone the report was in my mail box.
