Efficient service
Arranged homebuyer survey online. Survey was completed on the date promised and a detailed report was delivered 24 hours later. Report was very helpful, clearly highlighting areas of concern that needed following up and also recommending a list of questions that we should pass to our solicitor.
We would definitely use this company for any future house purchase.

Surveys are critical - and great service to boot
I was fortunate to meet the surveypor on premises and he kindly talked me through some of the findings as well as getting the report to me that weekend (survey was completed on a Friday!)
Very happy with this and sooooo glad to have done it, drawn to light some serious flaws in the property and this gives me the ammunition to go back to negotiate the price

Great service, great communication, would recommend!
Staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Great service from a lovely team of people who did what they said they would, when they said they would and answered my many questions after the survey.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a surveyor.

This is our first time to buy a house…
This is our first time to buy a house in UK so that we have no idea which is the best surveyor company in UK. I contacted several companies and Whitehorse gave us a quick feedback and Anna Farrell clearly explained the procedures to me. About the survey report, there are quite a lot of technical terminologies and our surveyor, Chrissy Feenan gave us good advices and told us how to maintain the house. About the after sales service, Rhi Cooper served a good bridge between surveyor and client, my enquiries were always replied within a few days. I highly satisfy with the work and efficiency of White horse and would recommend this company to my friends.

Communication was not great
Communication was not great, we had to chase them to get any update and then when we received a call from the surveyor, she was very abrupt and was rushing through the call.

Don’t use an IPad
I was not able to book a survey in spite of trying to get past the online booking system for two days. I rang and an employee attempted to talk me through it but gave up. I was advised to call the next day when everything would be quickly and easily dealt with by phone. I did so and was told ‘an IPad is not the thing to use’ with this booking system. (Sadly, it was all I had to hand.) No attempt was made to deal with the booking, take payment, or help in any other way.
I went elsewhere.

We are sorry that our finance and CRM system are not compatable twith the Apple browser Safari, however it is still possible to use Chrome or other browsers on an iPad to access our customer portal.
We are very sorry that you felt you had to go elsewhere we will be investigating this to ensure all team members have up to date training to reflect this.
