White Pharmacy provides online doctor and pharmacy services from its UK base in Surrey. We provide medicines and treatments for chronic pain relief, sexual wellbeing, weight loss, travel and smoking cessation. Our fully qualified, private doctors are all based in EEA and registered with their local medical bodies. Our pharmacists are UK qualified and registered with the UK General Pharmaceutical Council. The products we offer are supplied by UK based companies and meet all the necessary regulatory requirements. We have been awarded the EU MHRA logo proving that we operate legally. If you request a prescription-only medicine your medical information will be reviewed by one of our doctors who will make sure that it is safe and appropriate for you. If approved, a prescription will be provided by them and sent electronically to White Pharmacy to be dispensed by our pharmacy team and dispatched, in most cases, the next day, in a plain, sealed envelope by either DPD or Royal Mail.

Excellent service
Excellent service, I was treated with decency and respect throughout. Despite the discreet nature of tissue service, all personnel seemed human and oriented to make me feel included throughout the process. I hope this continues in the future.

White Pharmacy is still on form
Now they're no longer being registered with the CQC, White Pharmacy is back supplying all the medication they used to be able to. I've ordered once since then, and the order went as smoothly as in the past. I didn't recognize any of the new staff names, so I'm not sure if any of the old White Pharmacy crew are still there, which would be a shame since they were fantastic, but in terms of buying and receiving medication, White Pharmacy seems to be as efficient, caring and functional as it was before. When I ordered they weren't offering next day delivery temporarily, rather two-day delivery, but they made this very clear, and stuck to the dates promised, and this was just because they'd recently added new medications and had a larger than usual number of orders at once. Still very easy to recommend this company.

White pharmacy had doctors who actually talked to you on the phone and made thorough checks before prescribing Codeine for pain relief. Unlike UK Meds who don't do such and have no care for patients and dole out 200 at a time, no GP would do such a thing. So called CQC should be ashamed.

So sorry that White can no longer supply dihydrocodeine due to losing its CQC registration. Do those idiots at CQC realise that they are forcing people to buy OTC products such a co-codomol and nurofen+ which entails people consuming massive amounts of paracetemol and ibuprofen to acquire the equivalent dose of opiate as there is in 1 30mg tab of dihydrocodeine, a ratio of around 6 to 1.
Perhaps this should be pointed out to them.

Needed meds quick, didn't have time to see GP, knew what I needed so used White Pharmacy, great quick professional service. meds arrived next day after a call from Pharmacist with advice. Would highly recommend. Fuss free. Will use again if needed.

I have always found their service second to none. However recent investigations have revealed the CQC have an issue with White Pharmacy . Their investigation is not transparent, and I have complained to the CQC, and to date have not received a reply. The CQC report has no substance.
I would encourage you to make a complaint to the QCQ highlighting the high level of service you receive from White. And request that White be allowed to supply pain medication.

I was impressed by the professionalism …
I was impressed by the professionalism of the team. It was my first order on Internet. suffering from a chronical disease, i did spend a lot of time with doctors in my life, visits in my country requires a full afternoon and lasts 10mn.
Sara phoned me and we spoke 20mn, I am not English and she showed an immense patience. it is certain that white pharmacy are very respectful of the legislation but also and before all very human. I ignore if it is everywhere similar in England, if it is the case we have lessons to take. I gave the name of white pharma to people of my entourage and I strongly recommend them. Furthermore, the parcel arrived in 2 days, is 2 days before planned date because taken care by Chronopost in my country. Bravo!

A quick and easy order process, including a phone consultation. Once approved, my order arrived swiftly. A genuine online pharmacy (I checked their registration) supplying quality products. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Am sorry but at first i thought this company was actually amazing and could not fault it the first time i ever put a order in it was sorted within days after this time i started getting messed about on there website it states that orders before 12 will be despatched same day but that wasnt the case now if they cant meet what is stated on there website then it needs to be updated and members informed as they allow you to pay next day delivery but your order is not always sorted the same day even if you made the order at 9 am come 5pm it might not of even been looked at and checked also money is taken out your bank before the order has even been approved, my personal opoinion this company is slowing going down hill and i also lead to believe now they are not allowed to sell a lot of certain medication from now on.

Having looked into your account, I can see that we advised you of your next available order date and encouraged you to place an order a few days early so that there was enough time to process it. Due to the Care Quality Commissions’ most recent stipulations, our doctors needed some extra time to thoroughly document their prescribing decisions. Becuase you placed your order very close to the desired delivery date, and because our doctor had a few questions for you, there was a delay in processing your order while we waited for your response. We noted that there had been such a long delay and because of the inconvenience to you, we upgraded your delivery option free of charge, which I hope was helpful.
In terms of payments, when a customer places an order, their bank sets the funds aside until we settle your payment; the money will show in your 'pending payments'. We then only take the payment from your account after we have dispatched your order.
The majority of our patients who have contacted White Pharmacy since the Care Quality Commission imposed its most recent conditions on our registration have expressed their support and gratitude for the service that we have offered them so far. Until March this year, the CQC had never expressed any clear expectations or requirements of online pharmacies. Since their inspections, we have been working closely with the CQC, and this experience has been a huge learning curve for us and them. In order to implement the changes they have requested while maintaining an outstanding level of customer service has certainly been a challenge!

Trustworthy but rather expensieve
White Pharmacy works very carefully. They do not prescribe medicines without the approval of a doctor. However, prices are very high.

We have a lot of costs to cover, from the processing and remote checking of the order which is done by a doctor, to the in-house checks by the pharmacists and dispensary team. You are right that the reviews do take a long time; the reason for this is because we need a highly accurate history of our patients' medical care and history in order to prescribe safely. Without as much information as possible, our doctors cannot prescribe the medication you request. We must also take into account more regulations from the Care Quality Commission. All of these processes take time in terms of doctors' reviews, pharmacist checks and dispensary checks, along with administrative processes and delivery.

I have ordered from White Pharmacy for three years.... unfortunately my GP is not sympathetic to sufferers of M.E. because it is an invisible illness ... but I have to say they have helped me no end..,they regularly message me for me to update them on symptoms & how meds are helping so actually care about how you are doing so I would highly recommend them .
