White Pharmacy provides online doctor and pharmacy services from its UK base in Surrey. We provide medicines and treatments for chronic pain relief, sexual wellbeing, weight loss, travel and smoking cessation. Our fully qualified, private doctors are all based in EEA and registered with their local medical bodies. Our pharmacists are UK qualified and registered with the UK General Pharmaceutical Council. The products we offer are supplied by UK based companies and meet all the necessary regulatory requirements. We have been awarded the EU MHRA logo proving that we operate legally. If you request a prescription-only medicine your medical information will be reviewed by one of our doctors who will make sure that it is safe and appropriate for you. If approved, a prescription will be provided by them and sent electronically to White Pharmacy to be dispensed by our pharmacy team and dispatched, in most cases, the next day, in a plain, sealed envelope by either DPD or Royal Mail.

I've been using White Pharmacy for …5 years
I've been using White Pharmacy for years, and I've been very happy with them. Lately, however, things have been getting bogged down a bit, leading to longer delivery times and delays. I suppose this is due to increased admin time in response to government regulations, but I wish I'd been sent warnings before the delays so I could have prepared for them.

Thank you for your feedback; on the very day that we realised that our doctors needed a little more time to write prescriptions and document their reasons for prescribing, we put a message on our login page. We also put a note on our checkout when we were obliged to move the cut-off time for same day processing forward. I have looked into your account to see what could be improved for your next order and can see that the minor delay in processing your order was exacerbated by the upcoming weekend and delivery outside the UK.
We would always recommend placing your order with enough time for us to process it - we need as much time as possible for our doctors to ask you any questions that they may have, or to correct any admin issues, such as selecting the wrong delivery address.
I can only apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused you and can assure you that we are working as efficiently as possible, whilst maintaining the high standards of patient safety that you would expect from us.

Thank you so much for such a helpful and honest review. It can sometimes be impossible to get the brand you want at a high street pharmacy, but we will always try as far as possible to get the medication you prefer, and if that requires ordering it in then we will do so.
