the process of getting the insurance on line is ok but having to send multiple type of identification whichi had to send recorded delivery which cost £7.50 was not good and then got a phone call to send letter again for no claims bonus although the guy i spoke to was helpful in regards to riding motorcycles abroad

Wicked Quotes had provided a policy based on information submitted via a comparison site, it appears they did not receive all the correct information and as such then decided to keep more than half of my policy amount in the event of cancellation. Referring me back to the comparison site to complain. Repeating "this is the terms & conditions" which allows them to basically "retain" funds which you have paid in full.

will never use again and will be sharing with the motorcycle community.

Only took insurance out on my bike earlier this year and decided to cancel before the end of September, to be told by their agent due to fees and cancellation there will be no refund, then even said they'd made a loss on it as brokers due to me cancelling. Cheeky t wats, i wouldn't even p iss on them if they were on fire.

I recently renewed my motorcycle insurance online with Wickedquotes and found it very easy to do. My insurance is significantly cheaper with them compared to what I paid with another insurance company last year.

I have been on hold for over 1 hour and position 1 in queue for 30 of those minutes. I don't know what on earth is going on but you need to sort your phone staff out. It is only a 5 minute query that I want to ask too!!

Had a little trouble with sending all required documents to wicked quotes but they were very understanding and helped me with my non ability of modern technology.
I found that this was extremely helpful and glad I chose them to insure me.

Avoid this company. They are no good to deal with whatever. Will 'steal' your money .

I tried 3 times to contact the office for advice, each time I was on hold for over a hour and finally get through the phone goes dead. Also the phone operators was very unhelpful with my enquiries, I ended up cancelling my policy and moving to another company. I would highly recommend not using this company it’s more of a scam to take your money and run. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I'm insured with them and am on the phone right now trying to get through to ask a question about my cover. It's been 47 minutes so far and I've come down from position 10 in the queue to position 2. That's a really bad call answer stat. I hope the actual service when I get through is worth it!

Insured by them, rang to get a quote on a new bike, 5 calls all over 30mins wait and never answered! Very frustrating!
So I thought try email, found my original documents and emailed my queries.
Next morning a lovely lady called Elise rang me to discuss my requirements.
After 15 minutes, new bike insured, all questions answered.
Given 4 stars as the phone calling was not good!
5 stars for Elise.

You do need to give lots of info but they are easy and polite people to deal with. Great price and very helpful with all my questions. 5 star in my book

I liked that they where the cheapest and that I could stay with the same insurance company for another year.
I dislike the fact that you have to send the your drivers license every time and all the other documents even though you are with the same company for another year.
What is this nonsense with the license thing anyway. Very annoying,makes me want to stop riding motorcycles.

Appalling company just out to scam people my husband purchased motorbike insurance (1st bike) filled in form no no claims as he hadn’t had bike insurance before asked about car insurance he said he has 9plus years ncb sent them code to look at dvla record they sent him a letter to say they were still waiting receive it rang after 55 mins in queue to be told they hadn’t had it and they would be cancelling his policy as he hadn’t filled in form correctly - will be taking legal action as they kept over half of the policy premium

My renewal quote came through and I needed to amend and check. So I called their contact number - ITS A PREMIUM LINE NUMBER!!! Waited 45 mins and then they cut me off. Repeated the next day and the same - Waited 45mins plus to be again cut off. Eventually got through on the third day and got my renewal cancelled.

Now have been hit with £30+ phone bill to the premium line contact number - what a rip off - avoid at all costs, support line is rubbish and takes over an hour to get through - and they charge you £15 for the privilege of waiting
