Excellent website with lot of playground types. It was a pleasure to choose the right one together with my kids, who enjoyed it as well.

Objednávka na těchto stránkách respetive u tohoto výrobce byla jasnou volnou. Kdysi jsme koupili sice starší dětské hřiště ale byli jsme s ním maximálně spokojení a tak při koupi "nového" domečku jsem neváhala a zvolila opět značku WICKEY protože za tuto cenu jinde takto kvalitní výrobek neseženu. Už se těším až synovi hřiště složím a on si bude moci nadšeně hrát a dovádět.

Rychlá a zdvořilá odpověď na dotaz. S Wickey hřišti máme zkušenost od známých a velice se těšíme na naše vlastní. :) Věřím, že to bude perfektní dárek k druhým narozeninám.

Objednala jsem houpačku a už teď se na ni těšíme. Děti si ji už dlouho přejí, tak snad budou mít velkou radost.

The wood came wet. I stored it so it can dry and left it for two weeks. I've assembled the hole thing over the course of another 2 or 3 weekends. The ends of the wood was full of splinters and had to be sanded down. Two of the planks even came cracked. Holes in studs was never in center which caused some of the screw covers to a slightly overhang the stud. Basically no plank was cut in right angle so lining them nicely was impossible. The plastic sheet that should cover the front and back just under the roof came in one piece and had to be measured and cut, which was inconvenience, but did not take too long. The flat metal anchors suggested was too weak and the house is too wobbly for my liking. Go definitely for the better anchors.
After a month of finishing I've noticed the wood started to shrink and drying up eventually left 5 mm gaps between planks that were originally fitted together. I had to re-tight every screw in the house for more than one rotation because the it started to wobbling to an insane levels.
Putting the poor quality of wood aside. The instruction were clear and easy to follow. Most of the work can be done by a single person and only few steps needs another one.
Contrary to expectations the product was not ready made and if you can't wait two or more months to let the wood properly dry don't buy this. You will also need a few hours to sand down all the ends of wood.
Edit:
Wickey offered 10% refund, replacing the broken pieces and stated that the quality of the broken parts really does not meets their standards. I took the refund and added 1 star to the review for their effort. I've refused the new pieces since I don't intend to disassembly the house to replace them. They also said, that the wood was so wet from the impregnation.

All the children play grounds look amazing but, when the goods comes all the the wood is very crude and not precise. You have to measure everything and drill the holes for the screws, which takes a long time. The holes could have been at least prepared from the manufacture.
I was not very impressed from the woodworking!

We chose one bigger playground - we have three kids and it is really worth it. They like it so much. At the first sight it seemed difficult to fix it together, but when you thoroughly look at the plan, you will understand it very easy. All parts was included, nothing was missing.

Thanks a lot for a great Kids playground Wickey Smart Lodge 120. The delivery time corresponds to what was stated on the manufacturer's website. In a package was all needed things for a build it. All components were well made and everything fit perfectly. I can only recommend the Wickey playground after my experience.

Fast delivery, fine material, easy to build

We ordered our smart zone playground from the Wickey, it comes to us in a very short time. Unfortunately there was some missing wooden parts, but I send an mail about it and wickey´s send us all missing parts very soon. So me like a customer was 100% satisfied. But who was a 1000% satisfied was our children - they really enjoy this playground all summer and even during a fall they used to be there all the time. It was the best spring present ever!

The playground in our garden is constant target for playing. Kids are very happy with it.
The material is of a very good quality, construction easy to do.
