Super house, for kutils

A really great selection of many playgrounds and other accessories for children to play with. I also really appreciate many colours to choose from, so it can perfectly match to other staff in our garden.

This is the worst company I have ever experienced in my entire life. I ordered the playground over 2 months ago. They sent me an email that it has been delivered to my country 5 weeks ago. The delivery company set up a date 3 times and did not show up. I traveled over 660km to receive the product, they did not contact me. I complained to wickey multiple times, they have been ignoring me for the entire time. I will probably have to sue them

At the end of May we ordered a children's playground for our 2 year old son.

Unfortunately the delivered material was poorly wrapped .. thanks to which the wood was completely soaked, infested with mold and poorly proccessed on top of that.

After being in contact with Wickey's support, we finally received a full refund for the canceled order. Based on successfull complaint resolution without further problems, I raise the final rating to 3 stars.

Under different circumstances I believe the product might have been fine. But we were unfortunate to order the playground during Covid fallout and "hot" season on top of that, which most likely was the reason the wood arrived soaked and covered in mold.

I was pleasantly surprised at the easy to understand layout of the store, and after looking at approximately 6 different manufacturers, Wickey was my primary choice. Functioanlity, price, and appearance all won me over!

The products looks super cool. The pricing is reasoneable. looking forward to install the set and see kids play on it.

Dnes jsem objednala nádherné hřišťátko, jsem nadšená ze všech designových hřišť, která firma nabízí, nevěděli jsme které vybrat dřív. Teď už budeme jen netrpělivě čekat na dodání :-) pevně doufám, že bude vše dle smluvených podmínek a v pořádku.

Široká nabídka produktů, dobře fungující konfigurátor. Můžu obchod pouze vřele doporučit.

The web site is nicely created, easy to choose the right product.
The delivery took little longer. However, with respect to the current COVID-19 crises, it is understandable.
Everything was delivered nicely packed, complete.
The playground is beautiful and children are happy.
Any contact with customer service was very good, received answers very quickly. Have to say "thank you" for great support and making me feel that customers matter.
