The WiFi arrived exactly on time. The signal was very good. We were able to game and stream TV no problem. Returning it was simple too as they provided the return label for us so we just taped it back... Ver mais

Excellent, arrived very quickly. Worked perfectly as expect and the returns process was easy. Refund on deposit also came through very quickly. Will definitely be using again in the future.

Excellent WifiHire

So easy to work with this provider, from booking, to in use instructions, to the return of the device. They have everything covered for you. Would recommend and look to use again.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, easy to use and very convenient when you need it! I just moved in to a new house and my wifi company messed me around and did not work for to long! Found wifihire and gave it a shot had to keep extending bug it was so easy to do this

I never knew this was a thing!!

I never knew this was a thing!!!
I ordered as we were between houses and it was a clear and easy ordering process, detailing exactly what was on offer.
It arrived so fast! Plugged it in and away we went! Service didn't dip out, strong WiFi and once we were connected to our provider, I sent back and had my deposit back.
I cannot recommend enough, it was excellent 👍

Highly Reccomend

Quick and efficient service, almost too good to believe. Router arrived within 1 working day of ordering, with great wifi connectivity throughout the required space.
Company was very quick to refund any days not used in the initial quoted cost.

Whilst this is expensive, it is a great stop-gap for anyone without wifi for the short term, and so I would highly reccomend using them.

Customer service support

Had really great service in the past, this time I had experienced some issues re ordering, this was due to my entering the wrong date of order. Once corrected the modem was dispatched the same day.

Perfect WiFi for UK Trip

Picked up mobile hotspot from Heathrow and it was ready to go right out the package. Worked flawlessly throughout my 18 day stay in the UK. Use and return instructions very easy to understand. Deposit returned promptly at end of hire. Will definitely use again on my next visit.

Perfect Wifi Hire service

What a great service with excellent kit with speedy delivery. With a house move looming and no internet for several days after completion on the horizon the 1-3 day service from WifiHire was brilliant to bridge the gap and get the families tech online immediately. The device arrived less than 10 hours after making the booking and was easy and straightforward to setup and use - big thanks

Worked very effectively for our needs

Worked very effectively for our needs, is not a cheap option but given the stressful nature of house moving and the challenges that having no internet can provide I would recommend this as an ideal solution to take some of the pressure off. The coverage and signal was excellent with no issues.

Customer service

To be updated with Internet speeds upon use of portable WiFi. This review is based solely off of customer service.

They emailed me twice, at midnight and 3am, to ask me to change my address because Manchester Airport no longer does pick ups. They did not consider time differences or the fact that my flight is tomorrow... What if they emailed me even later and I was already in the air?! As soon as they were notified that Manchester doesn't do pick ups they should have contacted me. They left it until last minute and then framed the second email urging me to respond as if it was my fault!! I'm not responding to emails in my sleep.

They also have made no effort to reimburse for the inconvenience or to try and keep pick up to a similar location.

Honestly, I sincerely regret buying wifi online instead of at the airport once I arrived. Lesson learned.

I have investigated this and I can see from the customer service inbox that a customer service team member had sent you an email at 2:58 pm (UK Time) 3 days before your start of hire date, requesting for an alternative shipping address so we have the device delivered on time because while preparing your order for dispatch, that was when we noticed that the post office at Manchester Airport, is no longer available to receive packages.

A team member sent a follow up email 2 hours later just in case you missed the first email. So we could receive the required address and have the device dispatched and delivered on time.

I can see the device was delivered to the alternative address you provided 1 day before your hire start date, and I can see this is an ongoing hire. Given that Trustpilot wouldn't be an ideal place to provide customer service for an ongoing hire, I would recommend you contact the customer service team if you require further assistance, so that they can be in the best position to support you.

Works Perfectly!

Delivered on time, worked perfectly, simple return process. Would not hesitate to recommend WiFiHire to anyone needing a temporary internet connection.

£90 pound for 10 days of low speed…

£90 pound for 10 days of low speed internet. They keep deposit without notification or sending reminders. Better option out there, avoid.

I have investigated this and I can see our system sent you an end of hire reminder email 3 days before your hire ended, and a customer service team member also sent another reminder a couple of days past the end of hire date which I can see you had replied to.

Regarding your feedback about the low speed, I have had a look at the customer service inbox and I can see we didn't receive any message from you during the hire period regarding experiencing slow speeds.

In situations where there is a local/regional telecom mast issue affecting the local area where a device is being used, our standard procedure involves investigating the speed issue first to identify the cause and see if it can be resolved remotely. We then check to see if an alternative network (which isn't experiencing a telecom mast issue at that local area) is available.

Regarding when you posted back the device, I have checked the Royal mail return tracking page and it shows your hire ended on the 1st of February 2026 but you posted the device at a parcel shop on the 4th of February which is 3 days after your hire ended.

A hire can be extended for if needed for longer than the period it was hired for by either emailing us to request a hire extension or using the hire extension link included in the hire confirmation email you received after placing a hire.

Brilliant cost effective solution if wifi needed.

Found the WiFi company while searching for a solution while waiting for cable to be fitted at new address, it worked really well for two people on laptops all Apps working on TV when needed speeds were excellent , 5stars all the way for us.

Smaller can be better!

This was our second hire - the first (of the small WiFi box) worked perfectly so we thought it worth trying the more powerful, faster internet version this time. First issue, it did not fit through the letterbox so 24 hours was lost awaiting the delivery that I was at home for. The box did not work as well as its smaller brother, connections being painfully slow. Just getting email to work seemed challenge enough, no gaming was attempted.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We apologise for any inconvenience experienced.

This has been investigated and I can see your hire started on the 16th of January. As a courtesy, we dispatched your device in advance for a scheduled delivery on January 15th.

Royal Mail requires a signature for these deliveries. According to the Royal mail tracking page, an initial delivery attempt was made on January 15th, however, there was no response. It was successfully redelivered on January 16th (your hire start date).

Regarding the network speed you described, it's highly likely a local signal mast serving your area may have been experiencing a failure or damages, and this is usually scheduled for repairs by the network provider as fast as possible to get everyone in the local area back to a good speed.

In these instances, our standard procedure is to first investigate whether the issue can be resolved remotely. If the disruption is persistent, we will identify an alternative network provider with better coverage in your area and arrange for a priority replacement device to be sent to you.

Unfortunately, we were not made aware of this, so we were unable to investigate the issue during your hiring period.

Did the job perfectly

Did the job perfectly! We moved house and knew we would not have internet for a few days. Not only did the package arrive quickly, it was very easy to get started – and the coverage/strength was better than expected. Returned the package easily too. Can’t fault this service.

Exactly what we needed

Exactly what we needed. Moved house and had to wait two weeks until Sky WiFi was installed. Ordered a WiFi box (sat PM) and it came Tuesday AM, plugged it in and it was ready to go. No issues with connection for two people WFH and on video calls or connecting multiple TVs, devices and Alexa’s.
Couldn’t recommend more. Would use again.
