Emma was very helpful, first time buying a topper.
In my eighties, made lots of recommendations.

The customer service team person who I dealt with on a refund was fast to respond and very helpful, even though it was me who made a mistake. She was fast to remedy the situation and was very nice!

They say satisfaction is their main concern. I don't think so. Purchased this exact wig 5 times and in the same color all 5 times and really liked it. First 3 were great, 4 went downhill but kept it as returning fees are so high. Ordered again thinking that the 4th one was just a fluke but the 5th one is worse yet. Explained why I was returning was that the curl pattern on the left side was good, the ends turned down. The right side however the ends all flipped up so it looked ridiculous. Also the pictures of this wig show bangs, on tis wig you could not get any hair to come forward it all wanted to go straight back. Color also had more dark hair in it then previous wigs. They claim all this was within limits and that I would be charged the $25.00 restock fee. That is not giving satisfaction. I would not order this exact wig 5 times if I was planning on returning it, apparently I liked it a lot to order it 5 times. This company has the highest restock fee and apparently it's never the fault of
a poorly made wig per their quality control who does not have to wear that wig. I will shop else where for future wigs.

Customer service exceeded my expectations. It's always nice to hear a pleasant, cheerful person on the other end of the phone.

I got my first hair piece. It is a beautiful piece, excellent quality, it arrived on time, unfortunately I didn't notice it had the front lace and I wanted one without it. I sent a message and Emma was super nice, friendly and helpful through the exchange process! Now I am waiting the right piece with excitement!!
UPDATE: I got the new one super fast and it is just PERFECT!! Beyond happy

I am new to the Wig wearing/shopping experience so I made a few minor errors. Thankfully I had been shopping online at Wigs by Patties Pearls and the customer service team was so helpful!

I want to say a special thank you to Emma! She helped me pick the correct color I was trying to find and spoke with me several different times to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable. Thank you Emma!!

I watch YouTube videos by Patti Pearl. I had 2 wigs with frizz and lumps in the back .I recently finished Chemo. I Tried my hardest to get it to settle down with brush,comb and conditioner.
After watching YouTube video using handheld steamer and curling iron my wigs look like new. Thank you so much .

Let me first begin by saying that I'm not a first-time wig purchaser or wearer, however, buying from Patti's Pearls (PP) will be my first and LAST time to be their customer.

Where to begin with my EXTREME disappointment with their online store?

1. I don't know if my order is coming in 2 separate parcels, but the Ellen Wille wig came without the small head cap and gripper headband I ordered in the brown shipping box? That is weird. No notice that I would be getting 2 packages. So, I'm wondering if PP "forgot" to send me the wig grip head band and fish net wig liner?

2. I know and understand that the wig I purchased from PP is non-returnable because the model has been discontinued, but who knew that it would have been PREVIOUSLY WORN and MANIPULATED prior to me purchasing it. UGH!!! I'm a registered nurse, and I find wearing a previously worn wig disgusting!!!

How do I know it's been worn?
a. The zig-zag part, that all purchasers are told not to straighten, has been straightened. Hmmm?
b. The Ellen Wille tag was NOT attached to the wig. The tag was lying in the box, however, the thin, silver thread which normally adheres the tag to the wig was still attached to the wig. This silver thread was extremely frayed.
c. The wig was not secured in its Ellen Wille box by the bobby pins that are in the loops in the box.
d. The wig didn't come wrapped in its usual Ellen Wille netting.
e. The wig didn't come with any tissue paper in the cap of the wig to give it some support.
f. I only wear Ellen Wille wigs because of the quality and petite average size, so I know how her wigs are supposed to arrive when new.
g. It appears that the lace front has been manipulated in places...some snippets.
f. The REAL BIG ONE...The wig cap (inside of the wig) stinks from body oils/sweat. How absolutely disgusting!!! Patti's Pearls should be totally ashamed of themselves selling a USED wig as a new one!!! I would imagine that this is against some kind of state or federal law for PP to sell a used wig without the customer's knowledge and approval.

I've always purchased my wigs from Wig Studio 1 with never an issue such as this. Patti's Pearls should be totally ashamed of themselves selling an obviously used wig as new. I'm definitely going to look into reporting this to their state's health department. As a registered nurse, this is NOT acceptable.

It's tough to be new to wigs and need help when you're buying from an online company. I'd watched dozens and dozens of Patti's youtube videos but still needed advice about my particular (new) wig after it arrived. The help and answers I received both by phone and via email help put my mind at ease about buying online.

Very easy to change my order. Everyone is so friendly!

I recently received a wig that was the wrong color for me. I filled out the return form and shipped it back with no problem. Patti's Pearls credited my account after inspection. The customer service staff is always pleasant and helpful. Service is prompt. I enjoy Patti's wig reviews which are fun and informative.
