Our new fibre connection was installed this morning. Chloe was the engineer, and she was prompt, polite, efficient and friendly. My mom and I agree that she did a great job, cleaning up after herself, and making sure everything was neatly installed. A job well done!

Been with wildanet for a couple of years now and only went off line twice due to storms, today Matt.t came out and upgraded our Internet, very happy with the new speed.

We had exceptional service today from Aaron, Andy, Jamie and Dan connecting our Wildanet internet. They did a superb job, very professional and helpful and worked so hard in the ridiculously hot weather. Thank you and well done.

The initial interaction with Wildanet was good then I heard nothing until the team turned up on my doorstep to install the box outside, no prior warning nothing. I then had the lovely Chloe come and finish the installation a few days later. Chloe was so friendly and happy to answer any questions I had and helped try and connect the WiFi to my tv. The only real negative is that the booster box I ordered did not come when the router was installed so I’ve only got broadband in half my house at the moment

Amazing service, quick installation and extremely fast internet. The team were all professional. The installation team were extremely good and respected my property and did a excellent job on installing the cables and boxes.

Your Wildanet team arrived today and they were very efficient. The connection was quick and little fuss. However, the road to this day was bumpy, the survey team were less smooth and expecting that I'd be at home without prior notice. I had to obtain permission to access the utility pole in a neighbors garden, which was fine, but felt this should have been handled by Wildernet. The service is noticably better no prixelling or buffer or error messages. Overall very pleased.

What a lovely man installed my WiFi. Andy couldn’t have been more helpful and did a great job. Let me know when he was on his way and arrived bang on time, made very little mess and explained everything clearly. I have zero regrets for choosing Wildanet

Installation; Friendly, efficient reliable. Handling of account switch straightforward and no hassle at all for me to deal with. So far so good.

On my second day with Wildanet, I left and went back to Virgin: I was still without an internet service from Wildanet and the engineer will not visit till Monday, leaving me with no internet for at least a week.
Based on yesterday's no-show by an engineer, despite Sarah's assurance that he would come, I doubt Monday will be any different.
For me internet is an essential service and I have Zoom meetings this week, therefore I have rejoined Virgin Media.
On Monday, installation day, the engineer, Lewis, asked me to retain the packaging of the Nokia router in case it failed and left before the router updated. I infer from this that he knew this router update might fail, which it did, and was not interested in ensuring the system worked, probably on instructions from his manager.
My impression is that the customer facing staff are pleasant and reasonable. Sarah and Scott booked engineer visits to meet my needs, but the engineers soon changed them to meet their needs. The engineering department  have no concept of customer service and offer a shoddy product and a shoddy service.
