From the initial phone call to installation I received great service. Eve (Genevieve) was very helpful, patient and polite with a good knowledge which gave me confidence and helped me choose the correct package for my needs. The engineer doing the installation, Joshua, turned up promptly and the installation itself went very smoothly although it appeared a tricky job to me. Joshua was also very informative and put my mind at rest by being able to answer all my questions. He was very polite, professional and showed respect for my property. I now have a much faster broadband speed at a very reasonable price.

Chloe came to install our wildanet today and was very friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly and to a high standard. So far the service is working perfectly.

Great internet - terrible installation experience. Ironically their comms are terrible. And the finance department leaves much to be desired. There was major issues during installation and unfortunately this was left for me to chase and chase to deal with. We do have great internet but it was far from smooth!

Not pushy, efficient, polite, friendly engineers, on time, they handled the change over from start to finish. Thoroughly recommend.

I thought I'd give Wildanet a try after a long time with plusnet. I was given a much cheaper quote for gigabyte broadband and Wildanet give blue light discount. Wildanet kept me informed about my installation date and time. On arrival Chloe was helpful and discussed our requirements before swiftly installing our new gigabyte broadband. Before leaving Chloe explained how to get in touch with Wildanet if there were any issues. Tidy work with exterior cabling and internet speed is 197mbs and 77mbs which is much faster than before and will no doubt improve as the connection is tested . So far a very happy customer.

I’m very happy with the service from Wildanet. The installation was quick and professional, and Jamie was professional and friendly. Everything was explained clearly. The broadband has been working really well so far, with a fast and reliable connection.

I had to wait for 17 months for my fibre to be installed but that was due to issues with planning etc. so today I was finally connected by Joshua, he is a nice polite young man who goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. My system was up and running in no time and the customer service team were quick to deal with and put me on the right download speed. So far so good, keep it up Wildanet.

Really good experience they got me up and running very fast way before they were scheduled to, no hastle with the install whatsoever, checked the speeds as as promised it was delivered, now I hope it doesn't slow down overtime, but I'm confident it won't, great job.

This morning Andy,Ben and Jack came to connect full fibre internet. Very helpful and explained everything, very happy.

DON'T DO IT! OK, so signed up to Wildanet, installation communication was poor, heard nothing for weeks, then told it could be another 12 weeks because they had to connect the fibre to a pole.
Connection day arrived, screwed everything to my plastic fascia boards - lets see how long that lasts. Router supplied, Nokia G6 has very poor signal so advised I needed Beacons,which I bought. Our old Vodafone router covered inside, outside,the whole house, no problem but Wildanets router barely reached the next room so 3 beacons would be needed (£150). Set them up, kept dropping. The Nokia app is terrible and doesn't seem to relate to what the actual network is doing. Advised I have the wrong Beacons! Then advised to use the old Vodafone router...well that will not connect to the Internet although wifi signal is great again. Honestly, had to by ethernet cables to connect a security camera and a Beacon...what a very poor system! Couple this with the Tech Help dept not getting back to me and a "4 day" response time...that's what Tech help guy said and they don't work weekends...absolutely wish I hadn't gone with Wildanet....oh, and if you think you can give 30 days notice and cancel the service, you can't, they want 2 years fees paid for before you leave.
Like I said, DON'T DO IT!!

The Wildanet engineers came around and installed a fibre link a day after we applied. They supply a router — professional, friendly and quick.

Contacted Wildanet as competitors were only offering legacy ADSL broadband. Within 2 weeks they neatly ran FTTP and was up and running. All parties were lovely, including the Wildanet engineer.

Within a few hours of initial setup the speeds were as promised.

Switching was easy to do and Wildanet promptly answered any questions I had. Excellent customer experience agents. Much better value than my previous supplier.
