Extremely Poor Service and no response.
I ordered two razors with eight blades each (16 in total). I received the two razors, but with only eight blades, so eight blades short. I have used every channel I can find to complain and try and resolve the issue, but the only response I have had was from their "Zen Desk" which said that my email had been passed to the relevant department. I have now been trying to contact them since 28/06/24 with no success. The only phone number I can find is 01494 216894 is never answered. The company owe me products or a refund, but I have no idea how to achieve this. This is no service, not just extremely poor service.

Hi provato per la prima volta le lamette Wilkinson, Extra Essential 3 pacchetto da 6, promesse 42 rasature quindi 7 rasature a lametta, gia' alla terza le lame non tagliano piu' e mi hanno irritato la pelle, veramente di pessima qualita', solitamente uso le Gilette e ci faccio veramente 6 rasature a lametta come promesso. Per quello che costano queste wilkinson conviene prendere le usa e getta di qualsiasi marca anche cinese, a discapito del pianeta sicuramente ma spenderei la meta'. Non consigliate, veramente di pessima qualita'

Items not received & no contact
Placed order on 31/12/22 for double edge safety razor blades along with shaving cream. Items still not received, 2 emails sent with no response. Tried using customer service telephone number but only option is to leave a message. Very poor service & will not be using them again. Paid for items on creditcard so will request refund
They don't deliver and don't give your money back!!!
I made a purchase on Dec 25th, on the website the order is not 'fulfilled' yet almost a month afterwards. I've tried to contact them through email, instagram, and the contact form on their website - no answer at all.
I don't know what else to do, at this point I just want my money back. I don't want the razor anymore and I won't ever do business with them again.
Faulty item irreplaceable on line orer
Following my contact with trust pilot I have received emails telling me I cannot have a replacement for my broken nail clippers because they cannot do it !! I have asked for a refund but have had no response. This is not Following trading guidance. My experiences have been very bad with this firm and shall avoid them in the future when I have a refund sent .

I ordered a bikini razor and the face razors from there intuition website nearly a week ago and not heard nothing since no dispatch email or nothing I've emailed them and wrote them a message on Facebook and they've not responded am only giving them another day or 2 then am gonna do a charge back on PayPal. Am finding it very strange considering it says on there website that they send orders by the next day by the looks of it mine hasn't even been acknowledged.

Wenn ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert habe, schlugen sie immer ein Storno vor und sie logen. Die Ware stand zur Verfügung und sie sagten das Gegenteil. Heute haben sie die Bestellung selbst storniert. Ich habe die Verbraucherzentrale kontaktiert und ich werde auch eine Anzeige machen!

I bought an electric trimmer/shaver for about £35. Shaved my face as normal the first time around. I went to boot it up a second time a couple weeks later and it died within 10 seconds, so I charged it again for half an hour and guess what? It died again within 10 seconds. It has genuinely taken me two hours to shave half of my face. I'm too far in to give up now and there are no shops nearby where I can buy a replacement razor. I'm supposed to be meeting a couple of friends at the pub at 2pm to watch Wimbledon. I started this saga at 10:30am. A complete joke! A scam you might say. I appreciate it is not an expensive product, but c'mon!
