Great service and very efficient especially with keeping us updated with the status of delivery.

Bought a small bedside chest from the Outlet. It is lovely quality and was a great price . I’m really pleased with my purchase - very stylish!

My chest of drawers were delivered on time. Communication was excellent, I was contacted a few times because I wanted to delay delivery to a time that suited me and they were able to accommodate. There was a faulty drawer knob which they replaced immediately after I contacted them.

Ordered a dining table from the W&G outlet site. Had to chase to get a delivery update, but delivery team considerate and polite and very happy with purchase.

Delivery was much longer than originally quoted. Communication was poor. The actual delivery was very good and the product was okay but not as good as I expected for the money.

I love the Ardleigh bedroom furniture range I ordered from Willis & Gambier but the delivery communication wasn’t great. I was advised delivery would be 2-4 weeks but there was no indication of when this would be. I received an email one morning saying my items would be delivered that day. Luckily I was working from home that day to accept the delivery. Ideally I should have been given a few days notice of the delivery so I could rearrange or make arrangements if required.

I had no issues with the delivery. I received a text at 7am and I was able to track the delivery right to my door. A few times it looked like the delivery was on its way to me.

But unfortunately there was no way of knowing what the rough time of arrival was going to be. Therefore I could have gone out or I could have carried on painting, etc for the first 3 hrs after the initial text if I had known as the delivery was with me 4.5 hrs after the text. That would be a great piece of customer service if your software could do that.

Other than that I was very happy and my goods were received in good order and not damaged.

I was afraid about the quality of the furniture as It was an online order. It was a big relief after unwrapping the first package, we saw that we made the right decision. The quality of the furniture is excellent, the colour is more reddish-brown as lightish - brown (on the website it looks more brown as cherry) but after all it is a nice elegant dark colour. The assembly of the parts was quite easy, my husband enjoyed it. We cannot wait to have delivered the missing parts so we can enjoy fully our new bedroom.

Great products, great price and great service - we have now furnished two houses with their lovely furniture.

I am very pleased with the furniture. It was relatively easy to assemble and looks stunning. The only criticism I have is that there were small marks/scratches on two of the wardrobe doors which shouldn't have passed through quality control.

I got a great deal on the table I bought then free delivery . It was well organised and within a week of purchase. I was sent a link so I could track the delivery progress. My table was well packaged and delivered within timescale given. Delivery drivers were great. Can’t fault the product of service.

We love our furniture. The quality is great and delivery was quicker than expected!
