I ordered in July. Never got my package. My address is correct even now on their site. My package went to wrong address. THEY left the street name off my address. I was told I would get a redelivery. I even got a call from “fedex” stating they put incomplete address. Days went by …..No rediliver. I reach out via whats app n was then told I would NOT get refund but can get a discount on a future purchase. I disagreed n now no more response nor refund from this company. I lost over $400 for something that was no fault of my own. This is not over.

Ordered items over three weeks ago have not recieved anything even though shipping is in one to two days and no responses when I have tried contacting them.

My package was delayed by US customs and stuck in a stateside hub. My FedEx tracking number was lost in the system and o contacted Wimpole to see if they’ve experienced any problems shipppng here.

They were kind enough to call me and I appreciated such a personalized and prompt customer service response.
My package arrived today and was perfect.

Given the precocious situation our supply chain is currently experiencing, it was assuring to know that they have such a committed level of customer service.

I’d like to renew my review. I have placed 3 orders with Wimpole fillers now. My first order went smooth! Second order we had issues, but I reached out to customer service and we resolved the issue within a reasonable time frame, I very much appreciated the constant communication they had with me!! They didn’t just leave me hanging which was great! And because of that I placed another order today! So we will see how it goes , I mean they have really great prices and products! So as long as we maintain a good relationship I think I’ll stick with them!

I had a very disappointing experience.I purchased product and all Exosomes was EXPIRED!!!!!!.I reached out to their customer service multiple times via [Email], but unfortunately, my concerns were completely ignored.
