Shockingly bad - no customer service - don't reply to emails. My order has remained on processing for the last 7 days. Emailed them for an update again- no reply. Cancelled my order, still no reply. Be warned don't order from this company…

From reading all 1 star reviews of poor communication and no orders being received. It will not be a company I will put my trust and so will not order from such a company

Not received order, I am very disappointed with wimpole pharmacy, I purchased my filler on the 23rd of April and today is first of May still not received the order. it’s very frustrating to see that the delivery is delayed. they have bad customer service I have called several times but not succeeded to process my order.

Ordered almost ten days ago and still haven’t received the stock. Very disappointed

Will no longer buy from wimpole fillers. Made a £400 order, delivery 1-2 days. 3 weeks later I have still not received my order. Spoke to wimpole fillers, when I finally managed to get in touch they said all the products I had ordered were out of stock. However they were still available on the website?? Why they did not inform me of this sooner than 3 weeks? Do not trust this company

Please avoid ordering from this company. Ordered over £300 worth of products and they delivered it to a completely different address. Customer service team was ruthless, didn't give a toss about me losing clients as I had them prebooked. They have STILL not issued my refund!

First time I have ordered NAD+ it was delivered 3 weeks later instead of 1-2 working days they promised. Second order, now I can’t get in contact with them at all. Ordered my product on 17th, 8 days later and again my order is late, I hope, I can get my money back!

I live arcoss the warter.My review is two part, I originally had an issue with my order. I immediately informed customer service. What I find great about this company is the consistency of its order processing timetable. I know exactly when orders are being sent out, and I dont have to ever worry that anything is being held up or late. Those of us that are international customers really appreciate this quality of service. My last standard shipping order I even received only 1 week after ordering.

One area I feel that they would really be able to improve in is the quality of shipment packaging. My past orders have been minimally packaged considering they are fragile + are going through international channels. As nice as it was to include some extra products in one of my packages, One of the gifts broke during shipment. And that particular product created a mess in the entire shipment. As nice and generous as that was, this type of situation could lead some to view this company as unprofessional. I would say it's time to invest in your own packaging, maybe even some with your own branding for icing on the cake.
