Customer service was prompt, polite, & professional. My amplifier stopped working because apparently I overcharged it. It was no longer under warranty so WinBridge gave me a code for 50% off a new one... Ver mais

Still have not received it and it was never disclosed that tariffs would have to be paid before it could be delivered. Very disappointed in the lack of communication in regards to all of the issues.

Still have not received it and it was never disclosed that tariffs would have to be paid before it could be delivered. Very disappointed in the lack of communication in regards to all of the issues.

I had a fault with my order. After I sent a video they said that it was a faulty & a replacement was sent. It worked they kept me up to date with what was happening very pleased customer.

My WB002 voice amplifier failed to amplify after 10 months. I contacted Winbridge on-line 5-7-26 and I received a replacement unit 5-13-26. Good customer service!

I am a 3rd-grade teacher and the wireless lapel mic and speaker have been a lifesaver. I got mine about 6 months ago and use it all day 5 days a week. It is easy to recharge and use. Then, one day it stopped working, so I reached out to Customer Service and they were helpful. I am awaiting my new mic in the mail and look forwrd to using it again soon.

Customer service was prompt, polite, & professional. My amplifier stopped working because apparently I overcharged it. It was no longer under warranty so WinBridge gave me a code for 50% off a new one. When the code did not work, another representative fixed it quickly. The only reason it's not 5 stars, is because I feel the amplifier should not be made so delicate that it can't handle 8 hours of charging. I had taken good care of the device and was miffed that I had to replace it after less than two years of ownership.

I was never told that I would have to pay a custom charge. DHL sent an URGENT email saying that I had to pay $21.47 in order to receive this package. This is so frustrating. This should have been specified BEFORE I made the purchase.

In June of 2025 I purchased a WinBridge Voice amplifier from Amazon to use while teaching my early chidhood music classes. I used it once and then put it aside. A few weeks ago (April 2026) I was asked to provide music entertainment for a two year old's birthday party. The family had 15 kids attending plus adults so I knew it was going to be loud. I charged up the voice amplifier and used it during the party. It worked great! After the party I attemped to turn it off and it wouldn't turn off. i re-read the directions and kept pressing on this button but it would not turn off. Eventually the battery died. I plugged it in again and saw that it was charging, but once i unplugged it, it had no power. I read the manual and saw that there were several ways to communicate with WinBridge. I could call them, send a chat, or email. On their website it states that they have a one year guarentee. First I tried calling but I wasn't able to make contact with anyone. Next I tried texting, and then sent an email with my issue. Within one day I received a reply from Cristene with steps to take to see if that would resolve my issue. Cristene said that if those steps did not work I should send them another email with my order number and address. I tried what was suggested, but it didn't help. I sent another email letting them know that nothing worked. Soon after, I received an email letting me know that a new one was on the way. Yesterday I received the new voice amplifier and it works great. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service I received and so happy that the issue was resolved quickly and easily.

I ordered a wireless mic from Amazon and after a year it stopped working. When I reached out to the WinBridge customer service and let them know my issue, and that I use it in my classroom, they quickly sent me a brand new one. They have great customer service and I’m so happy I can keep using their product.

The headset works well - easy to pair and talk with. I wish it could be adjusted as it is a bit large but it is a big improvement over the belt pack models.

I’ve had have had no communications or emails about my product and still have not received it after 2 1/2 weeks since my order went in. I also tried to communicate with you about this product and have been unable to talk to anybody.

Customer support was amazing! Very helpful. The length of time for shipping was very reasonable -- not next day, but still, a short time.

My product was expected to arrive within a week. It has been held at DHL for additional import fees that were not disclosed in the checkout process. Upon contacting the company they said it is in their fine print. It seems very deceiving to have free shipping and then be charged 25% import fee to receive my product from the shipping company. It’s been a long process because I thought DHL was a scam.
