This is the second review the device sound quality is excellent and operates over 20 meters. The time from order to delivery was better than expected too (7/8 days!)

Customer service was prompt, polite, & professional. My amplifier stopped working because apparently I overcharged it. It was no longer under warranty so WinBridge gave me a code for 50% off a new one... Ver mais

Still have not received it and it was never disclosed that tariffs would have to be paid before it could be delivered. Very disappointed in the lack of communication in regards to all of the issues.

25% fee undisclosed

My product was expected to arrive within a week. It has been held at DHL for additional import fees that were not disclosed in the checkout process. Upon contacting the company they said it is in their fine print. It seems very deceiving to have free shipping and then be charged 25% import fee to receive my product from the shipping company. It’s been a long process because I thought DHL was a scam.

No instructions came with the S-17…

No instructions came with the S-17 extra teacher/speaker microphone. However, think I figured it out.

Somethime I have problem with signal

Somethime I have problem with signal, even when microphone is very close. Both microphones does not work together in the sam time.

Great product, poor customer service

I ordered a voice amplifier system through Amazon in February, and I love it! However, in October, my microphone stopped connecting to my speaker. I sent an email to Winbridge asking for advice and never got a reply. I ordered another microphone, which I paid nearly double for with the $20 shipping fee. The only communication I received was the confirmation of my order and the shipping notice. Love the product, not the service.

I was only ordering a replacement…

I was only ordering a replacement charger, but the mailing cost was about twice the cost of the charger. Then, it took weeks for the package to arrive. When it did show up it was what I was looking for.

This is the second portable mic I have purchased, and it was for a friend. I love mine...had it for several years and it still works so well. It is so much better than more costly ones. Great purchase from a competent merchant.
