I have made several purchases from them, always fast shipping and great service. This last time, I accidentally preordered two of something I only wanted one of, and didn’t notice for several days. I sent one email and it was resolved in minutes. Great customer service

Catastrophic customer experience. I ordered a watch, provided all necessary information, was then informed that it was returned without any explanation as to why this happened and asked whether I wanted it sent again. I replied within 20 minutes that I did want it resent and asked why it had been returned and was then informed that it was sold and is now out of stock. Super unpleasant and not helpful in the slightest. I'll amend this review if they redeem themselves.

Never got the watch because they don't actually track any inventory...despite me asking them if there are any issues, they said there were none and a week later they tell me its out of stock. Offering me another model which was also out of stock. Waste of time, not a serious watch enthusiast shop or professional.

I bought a vintage Omega on Windup watch website a few months ago.
The watch stopped working (the crown doesn’t engage, I can’t set the time ) 2 months later.
Their warranty is only one month (which is on me for not seeing when I purchased), and I am now being told that it was on me to properly maintain my watch. I can understand that old watches might need more love, but having a problem 2 months after purchase can’t be put on me.

The watch is supposed to have been serviced by them, most maintenance come with a warranty longer than a month, all this doesn’t look serious at all.
Exactly the type of experience you don’t want when you are buying from a well established shop.
