Wings Skoda Avaliações

over the last year I have been looking for the right car, its been a tricky challenge and most private sellers and bigger dealerships lacked honestly in their business and it put me off buying my dream car. however I didn't experience anything like that at wings Skoda dealership. they were 100% honest through the entire buying process giving me all possible information I could have asked for!
They were kind and very confident in what they were selling with nothing to hide. which is comforting when you are buying something like a new car. Scott the salesman who sold me my Skoda yeti was an amazing down to earth man with honesty and character that is yet un matched! I recommend anyone looking for a new car to consider coming here first! even if you are not 100% ready to buy, they will advise and help out.

I picked up my new Škoda Superb from Wings Škoda King’s Lynn on 24th May 2023. This is my first new car I have bought from them. I have also bought a used car from them previously and the team there have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. The Superb is exactly what the name says – superb. The car is fantastic to drive, quality in every detail and great value for money – and while we looked around, we found for the amount of car you get for the money it is difficult to beat.
When you have found a car, I often find trust, confidence and reliability in a dealership is not always easy to find. This was the first thing I found easily at Wings Škoda Kings Lynn. I dealt with several of their team Ross first, then Scott, Ryan, and Rohan. I met others there, but it seems all were similarly trained. When compared with other dealerships I tried at the time I found their approach refreshingly honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic and this together with a great car made buying it a no brainer.
There was no hard sell Ross, Scott and the team made sure you had every bit of information from which to decide if you wanted a car, could afford it and what price you would get for your own vehicle. Any questions you had they were able to get an answer for – and I was given the courtesy of as much time as I wanted for my own thoughts (that and plenty of coffee).
I ordered the car back in November last year when delays to new cars was high, the team kept me up to date throughout with any progress as news came in. The day I got the car was pretty special, and though Ross couldn’t be there Scott admirably went through lots with me before I took possession of this highly equipped car.
I have now had the car a month and Scott has been in touch at least 2 or 3 times to make sure I know all the bells and whistles it has and how to use them, so I can make the most of the car. As I said it is Superb and I would highly recommend both it and the Wings team to buy one from. Don’t be reticent to go see them, having met most of them including the sales manager, you will be made to feel very welcome and invited to view and try what they have – no pushing. A great team you can trust and a quality car – love mine.
Thanks to you all

Following my poor review last week, Wings Skoda contacted us to try to resolve the issue. This, I am pleased to say, has now been done and we have received our “commitment payment “ back. As pensioners this was a great weight off of our minds so thank you to all involved for facilitating this outcome

Brilliant service at Wings in Peterborough. Nothing was too much trouble for Harry. Great service and lovely car!

Just purchased our car from Wings Soda in Kings Lynn.
All the guys were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Rohan who answered all our questions and nothing was too much trouble.
The icing on the cake will be when we collect our car and drive away.

Did 3 online forms and contacted customer service by email as can't always get to the phone during the day, not one has bothered to reply let alone tell me if they cab fix my car and I'm a sole parent stuck in March. Certainly not what I'd call a great way of enticing any customers to use them!

Wings Skoda are brilliant.

We’ve now had 5 vehicles altogether from the King’s Lynn branch, and we have a 6th (our first brand-new car from order!) on order - so you can clearly see where our customer loyalty lies! I honestly couldn’t ever imagine buying a vehicle from anywhere else.

Not only has every Skoda vehicle we’ve had been super reliable and has literally zero mechanical or performance issues - the buying experience has always been very pleasurable.

Scott Nicholls is our salesman. He’s fantastic; friendly, helpful, approachable, always willing to go the extra mile to help us. He’s worked hard and secured deals for us that we’ve always been more than happy with. We are considered ‘loyal customers’, and the company most definitely treat their loyal customers like royalty. It’s not just Scott, the whole team are welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasurable. The team gel well together, all work alongside each other harmoniously, and make the car-buying experience a happy one.

The King’s Lynn showroom is light, airy, spacious and relaxing. There are toys in the waiting area for the kids (which my 9 and 5 year olds always dive straight in to - the little ride-on Skoda toy car is a particular favourite!), and you always get offered a drink - not just a lovely Starbucks coffee for us adults, but even a glass of juice for the kids. Scott’s trainee is also fab, really knowledgeable and helpful.

Every experience we’ve had with Wings Skoda has been incredible positive, from first walking in to the showroom, to test drives and signing on the dotted line - top class service from a top class car manufacturer!

Visited the kings Lynn dealership , polite ,friendly and outstanding service from Scott Nicholls and his colleague.definitely will be returning in the future.it’s well worth the travel.

Always great friendly service. Thank you for listening and helping me.

Kind and attentive staff, ensured I left with a car that suited my needs and a great dreal.
Thanks Wings

Recently had my vehicle in for a service and MOT. The service team kept me up to date with the progress throughout the day. They even managed to get it done in time for me to collect at lunch time. The team at Wings Skoda are a valued piece to the business.

Harry was very professional, great car and great service.

All the staff I encountered were all friendly and very helpful. My service was done promptly and I was able to get some work done in their upstairs waiting area. Brilliant experience all round.

Honest & helpful dealership, have had our past 3 vehicles from Wings Skoda & we will not go anywhere else. Both sales & aftersales have always done right by us everytime.

Bullish attitudes, whereby additional work is processed and they debit from your card. Note they have been reported. They will not claim this Trustpilot account as they cannot be "trusted."

Always brilliant. Thanks especially to Trish for her help.
