I placed an order Friday moring for 6 vaps all different styles and flavours I had a message Friday evening the didn’t have one of mine in stock so I swapped it with something they did have in stock they were brilliant and got my delivery today (Monday) so very quick service

2nd pr 3rd time ordering from wolfvapes, only issue through no fault of their own was the royal mail messing up, and to give credit to wolfvapes they were great. Very helpful and understanding. I will continue using them. Great products and range.

Great Service. There was an issue with stock on the product I wanted they contacted me by phone and resolved it immediately with me. Will definitely use this company again.

I had an email confirming they had dispatched the item 2 days ago, on the Royal Mail tracking site it says they are still expecting the parcel, I seen other reviews similar to my situation but I decided to test the theory and I went ahead and bought 2 disposable 7000 puff capes, don’t look like I’ll be receiving them anytime soon, they stated they used 24 hour Royal Mail delivery, so technically it should be here but Royal Mail don’t even have it yet so they should not have said it was dispatched.

EDIT - 19th July, they promised me a refund today if it wasn’t delivered, I’m waiting for a response from them as the tracking still says “ expecting parcel”, if they refund me I will change this review.

I ordered for the first time from wolf vapes. I was slightly concerned that I was given an outdated tracking number by Royal Mail. I reached out via email to wolf vapes of which they did respond thoroughly and said that they are aware of the issue and that they have been in contact with Royal Mail to ensure that it is rectified, I received my delivery on Monday, I only ordered on Friday. Happy with my vapes and service.

No refund

It is remarkable that you receive an immediate response when posting a negative review. I have already sent 10 messages and emails without any response. To clarify, you pay customs duties based on the invoice value and 22% VAT, plus additional charges from the postal company. However, if the invoice amount is £230.48 and the delivered products cost only £20, you will pay customs duties on your total order. Additionally, I paid £18.99 for shipping for a package weighing only 0.25 kg. Regarding the refund, a portion has been refunded, but not the full amount. I received £187 out of £299, including VAT (£230.48 excluding VAT). Due to your mistake, I have still overpaid by £100. Since you apparently respond here, I am also posing the same question to you again. How are you going to resolve this?

the only thing that let the process down was Royal Mail, my item should of arrived Tuesday Wednesday but I got it Friday after complaining to royal mail
