I ordered 2 vapes delivery was very quick unfortunately I hadn't put complete address on so they was sent back to sender, as soon as I realised I emailed them and each response was very quick, today received an email to say there re sending vapes to completed address, first class customer service, definitely use again and would recommend buying from them 😁

Good value for money

I had an order delivered last week, but unfortunately I was sent the wrong vape kit/juices and the company are yet to acknowledge their error and sort out a replacement, despite two emails and an online chat. Strange way to run a ‘business’.

Great vapes every time and on the odd occasion where I have had a faulty vape (twice in over a year of ordering bulk order of vapes) the customer service has been amazing and replacements sent with no questions asked. Been ordering off wolf vapes for a while and never had a problem, had my delivery yesterday… 8 vapes short. The email address bounces back, I replied to the order confirmation bounced back. Open a conversation on the web chat no one replies no telephone number how am I meant to get this resolved.
I didn’t realise the shop was closed on Saturdays, once the shop reopened on Sunday at 11am my issue was quickly resolved.
I was informed they had a technical issue with there emails and that’s why they wasn’t sending.

Shop/ web chat opening times 11am-5pm Sunday- Friday if anyone ever has an issue, but be assured they will resolve it on the next working day!

Placed an order over a week ago and my delivery has gone up to Manchester back down to Wolverhampton then back up towards Manchester and now is back in Wolverhampton apparently and no instruction to when it will be delivered and I'm close to London so... I've emailed the company 3 times and no response!! Not sure whether ill actually ever get my order or if its now just lost. Same thing happened with my friend who also ordered from here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
