AVOID. I ordered a pair of boots for over £100 and never turned up. Various emails and phone calls no response. Phone calls just get cut off. Reported to my bank as a scam website and now in the process of getting my money back. What a total waste of time, I hope they all get locked up for fraud.

If zero stars was an option it would have been that.
Placed an order over Christmas (26th December) for some new work boots (not Helly Hansen).

It’s now 08/01/26 and have received no update on dispatch even though I’ve sent three emails requesting an update - all of which have been ignored. Really not impressed - shocking non existing customer service.
Really wish I’d read reviews on here first before ordering.

How this company has the bare face cheek to still trade (try and rob people of their hard earned money) is beyond me.

I ordered a hi vis coverall for work.Its been 2 weeks and I still have not received my order.Ive tried to email the customer service countless of times and yet they send me dates off when there available but still I get no reply by anyone.Like other people have stated i wish I had read the reviews before buying if I was someone else right now interested in buying an item off this website I would stay away and not waste your money on this scam.

Absolutely beyond shocking service. Zero contact or communication from the so called customer service.
Waited for almost 4 weeks after ordering boots, then was told the following week.
i gave up and got them from screwfix the next day.
I should've read the reviews before ordering.

Terrible service from this lot. Ordered some stuff once before and it wasn't a great experience but thought i'd give them another try so I ordered some things on the 9th of December and here I am now on the 23rd of December and still my two items haven't come and no idea when they are. Ive emailed them and they promise to reply within 48 hours and they haven't bothered at all so ive no idea where my items are, if they're actually on their way or when they're gonna arrive. I certainly wont be using them ever again once my items turn up....if they actually do..stay well clear of this lot.

Appalling. Do not buy from Workwear Online Shop. No customer service or accountability. Unable to secure a refund for my order. Crooks and should be closed down. Claiming via credit card.

Initially I read all the reviews and was incredibly dubious as my delivery deadline was reached. I phoned and spoke to a very helpful person ( H) who checked and called me back with dates on delivery. She offered a resolution to an in stock boot but I really wanted the Helly Hansen we had ordered. We thought it might be an another week at least due to international deliveries . Then she called me back and had a pair ready for dispatch that very day. I was absolutely thrilled as these were urgently required . This was yesterday ( 16th) and today (17th ) I have those exact boots in my hands via parcel force . I feel that communication is really important and everything was done to make sure we had our delivery. The boots themselves are superb and meet all requirements . Packaged perfectly and cannot fault the super speedy delivery . Thanks again I appreciate the service. I would use them again.

Ordered Ppe on the 28th of October, was emailed saying that Royal Mail had lost it and they would send my order again, asked for a refund and heard nothing back. Phoned them 3 days ago asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded and they said “we will phone you back” all round a shower of tw4ts running this scam

Ordered helly hansen work boots on 3rd november and never arrived. I emailed them repeatedly and got no reply for weeks then they said they had shipping issues and this would be resolved. That never happened either so i asked for refund and still waiting on that as well. AVOID THIS COMPANY as its just a scam and should not be allowed to trade.

Ordered a pair of safety trainers last weekend and haven’t been given a tracking number yet and unfortunately I stumbled across all these negative reviews after placing the order, I’ve since tried emailing them twice which they’ve not even had the decency to respond to, absolutely shambolic

Ordered safety shoes for a job on the 21st of October - They're Helly Hansen, so allowing for the 7-9 business days that they specify it might be from this particular brand, Im now 16 working days in, the job's nearly finished, and still no shoes, and 4 emails with no response at all.
You seem to monitor this website more than your customer service email inbox, so if you could please let me know whats going on, that would be great. Thanks

Ordered Helly Hansen BOA 20/10/2025 with 2/3 day delivery or 9/10 days if coming from Holland, 09/11/2025 still waiting, no reply to email, no comms, dreadful company, took payment though, failed to deliver, maybe a scam!

15/11/2025 2nd email chasing delivery, still no response, avoid at all cost! SCAMMED!

Ordered a pair of boots on the 20th says 3 / 4 working days delivery, it's now the 28th 5 emails later and I still haven't heard from them,stay well away if you need boots quick.
I'll never use them again

Ordered some boots in May 2025 and never received them. Emailed and had no response so I called them. They said they were having issues with getting the boots I ordered and offered me some others, which I didn’t want. I said I would wait another two weeks. Fast forward to October 22nd 2025 and they’re still not here. Terrible service.

Just like the geezer who left the last review the exact same story. I ordered some Helly Hanson work boots £106 so not cheap 2-3 days delivery. Well nothing so contacted customer service and after 3 emails got told that there is a 2 week delivery as they have to come from Holland. It is now over 4 weeks and nothing has turned up ignored my 3rd email so asked for a refund! I feel sorry for the bloke walking from Holland to the UK with everyone's items I presume it takes 5 weeks to get here by foot? He is going to have sore feet and a wasted journey. Yes I'm being sarcastic!!! Use another company people this one is up there in the top 10 of bad companies to use.

I’ve just deleted my original review that wasn’t very pleasant. Reason for this I written the review before speaking to customer services and to be fair she was one of the nicest people I’ve spoken to very apologetic as I was for doubting the company. Granted yes the Helly Hanson boots I ordered was a lot longer than they say on there page so I cancelled them and ordered directly from Helly Hanso. me thinking because of the reviews I read id been ripped of or a scam this is certainly not the case they put the money back in my bank account today and I can’t apologise enough for doubting them. A big thank you to Hazel who swiftly put things right.

Total scam as everyone else is saying! Feel like an idiot I had no idea people did this but will always read reviews in the future. Looks like they’ve even stopped the automated replies as I haven’t had anything back.
The bot replying to the reviews is fairly prompt though fair play.

Stay well away from this company! I just wish I would have read all there bad reviews before purchasing boots of them, saying that there is to many to read them all! I’ve have sent numerous emails with not one reply, I have had no communication apart from and order confirmation to let the know they have taken my money and that was it, I now have to go through the process of getting my money back, there site needs taking down to stop anybody else losing there money

I ordered a pair of safety boots from Work Wear Online Shop over a month ago, but I have still not received them. I tried to contact the company many times by phone, messages, and email – they ignored every attempt.

This is very unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. Taking money and refusing to communicate or deliver the product is completely unacceptable.

I paid through Clearpay, and now I also have to waste time trying to get my money back. I strongly advise others to avoid this compan

Scam. I’m waiting 3 weeks for my item to be delivered. Each time I ask where is it, I’m getting a template respond it will be delivered next week. So apparently I should received it 3 times, in fact I was scammed.
