j'ai contacter le numero de telephone affiche sur leur site le numero il n'y a pas d'abbonné , j'ai envoye un email j'attend une reponse mais vu les commentaires precedent je sens la grosse arnarque et je me fais pas d'illussions je vais contacter paypal de cette situation et si cela ne suffit pas
je contacterais la repression des fraudes pour faire arrêter ce site donc attention ne commander rien sur se site les prix sont certes comme pas hasard attratifs mais les pieces sont inexistantes
à fuir immediatement

Ordered parts and no updates 14 days later despite emails direct to the sales team and via the contact form on the website.
Phone number is not answered.
Not even sure if this business is still operating although they did manage to take money with the order.

bonjour, j'ai commandé un pièce importante pour un montant de 430.94 euros, qui semblait dispobible. or ce n'est pas le cas. Et maintenant, alors que le paiement a bien été retiré sur mon compte bancaire, je demande le remboursement. plus aucune réponse de la part de woxpart. il va falloir que je porte plainte, pour faire valoir mes droits.
ce sont des escrots qui jouent avec l'argent des clients. s'ils ont vraiment le profil de vendeurs de pièces auto. j'ai l'impression que ce site est une énorme arnaque. a fuir !

Package never shipped, this is scam

Fraudster alert! I made a purchase in October 2023, but the item never arrived. They deceived me by claiming the shipping company attempted delivery, which turned out to be false.
Despite requesting a refund, they ignored me and failed to respond to multiple follow-up attempts to contact them. This blatant scam has led me to take action—I'm initiating a chargeback with my bank and filing a formal complaint with the Office of Fair Trading.

No tienen almacén, haces la compra la pagas y te contestan que el fabricante no tiene la pieza y no la puede suministrar, ahora toca rezar y que te devuelvan el dinero en mi caso más de 200€, ya ha transcurrido una semana y todavía no me han devuelto el dinero, considero a esta empresa poco transparente y debería informar mejor de sus protocolos de suministro para no engañar a la gente cuando hace un pedido antes de pagar informar si hay existencia, no al revés pagas y luego te informan, lo tengo muy claro no volveré a comprar en éste sitio.
En contestación a su respuesta, ustedes no me informaron me enteré cuando pregunté por el estado del envío y me contestaron lo que ya sabemos, por otra parte cuando yo hago el pedido el pago es inmediato, no es mucho pedir que el abono fuera igual.

Vorige week een mail gestuurd met de vraag of een onderdeel beschikbaar is, ik heb geen antwoord teruggekregen, daarna weer een mailtje gestuurd met dezelfde vraag, weer geen antwoord gekregen. Daarna een whatsapp bericht gestuurd met dezelfde vraag. Ook geen antwoord terug gekregen terwijl ik 2 blauwe vinkjes zie (dus whatsapp bericht is wel gelezen).

Kortom een waardeloze klantenservice service. Ik heb nog niet eens iets besteld laat staan als ik wel iets had besteld en een vraag over mijn bestelling had.

Blijf heel ver weg van deze organisatie

I order a part from Panama, after couple of emails as they don't communicate super well, i understood the part needed to be produced. The a couple of weeks after, i received the piece. Thanks

Ce site a de curieuse façon de faire du commerce , il propose des références qu'il ne possèdent pas .

couldn't pay with a card when placing an order. made a bank transfer. one week later emailed to ask them for a tracking number as it was said that the bank transfer just came in (usually takes up to 3 working days max). 16 days later reached out to them again and apparently the part is not available. i don't know when i would get this info if I wouldn't call them myself. was offered to wait as the new part which would fit was in the production. month later was offered to pay 350eur on the top of the price I already paid as it is more expensive. I declined and asked for the refund. It has been one and a half weeks and there is no refund. can not reach anyone in the office.

Tout s'est bien passé, bien que les délais de validation de la commande et d'acheminerment soient un peu long. J'ai bien reçu la pièce commandée et en bon état. Merci.

And it took 20 days and I sent emails and tried to call them to ask about the preparation.
But they never give answers and my call was not reached them until now.
Nobody gets my call and nobody answers my mail.
Very strange.

Compre 2 artículos que necesitaba y me envían uno les digo y su solución es el reembolso cuando vale más el envío que las 2 piezas si me dicen que no la tienen no haría el pedido porque necesito las 2 no una y ahora no tendría que comprar aparte la que me falta y pagar otro envío unos estafadores
