Shipping date was delayed twice, I need to remind about vat invoice

First of all, Woxparts was the only company I found who could source the part, and that included it not being available worldwide in the Jaguar network. You warn that delivery could be 3 months, which is helpful. Your Sales Manager with whom I corresponded by e-mail was always helpful (Vitalijs Sablinskis). The reason I did not give 5 stars is that you weren't able to provide a tracking number, so I was never sure where the part was once shipped, and it finally arrived via Canada Post rather than courier.

Negative experience. unreliable company. after payment absolutely doesn't communicate. no exact delivery date. waste of money. DO NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY CASE.

Commande d'une pièce en stock sur le site, avec un délais de livraison de 14 jours.. Le 13 Mai.
Première relance 20 jours après : le livreur serait tombé en panne.
Seconde relance 10 jours plus tard, sans réponse.
Ce 26 juin, j'exige des nouvelles sans quoi je procédé à une réclamation par PayPal : Et là on me repond: nous vous remboursons car la pièce n'est pas en stock!!
Ce marchant fait "dormir" l'argent de ses clients sur son compte avec des leures: c'est une arnaque.

Order #12053.... paid since weeks, no answer from woxparts since... Waiting for delivery.

I have bad experiences. I ordered from them from abroad, I sent the faulty goods back to the given address, which they refused to accept. Neither money nor goods! I will take the necessary steps. I don't recommend it!

I have ordered a part for my car and fount it at an interesting price from WoxParts. Since ti took sme time to deliver, I have asked them about the status and always got their reply to keep me updated. Finally I received the part as ordered. Everything super. Just can recommend the people and the company. :) Thumnbs up!
