The support is really great. Communication was incredibly fast and they even worked at the weekend. My problem (which was not caused by the plugin, but by me) was quickly recognized and resolved with competent advice.

Customer support is good; the plugin helps to integrate with Square with your woocommerce very helpful tool.

I bought Donation for woocommerce from woo store made by wpexperts.io.
I had a few problems with confituration. Such as adding tax to all donation types. Adding round up. And adding Tax to PDF reciept.
I contaced wpexperts.io directly, and they helped me with custom PHP codes, all support, and great service.
They responed to every email, with informative answers.
My PDF reciepts were fixed, the custom code for tax was fixed, and the round up was fixed.
I am very happy with their service.
I absolutely recommend wpexperts.io apps, as the service must be the same for all of them.

Great plugin to keep sites private while developing - very easy to set-up.
