I was having an issue with the plugin. I wanted to offer as much trouble shooting help as I could. I deactivated all non essential plugins and then made a video clearly documenting the issue. They were able to assist me and solve my issue within the hour. I think I was at the right place at the right time and don't expect all developers to be so fast all of the time, but it was a great that they helped so fast with out passing the buck like other plugin dev

I had a problem concerning my invoice and it only took few minutes to be successfully solved.

The plugin I purchased New User Approve Premium works exactly how I needed it to work. My developer needed to customise it slightly and the development team got onto it straight away and completed update to cater to what I needed. I would recommend this plugin for other WooCommerce businesses.

I was setting up an integration with MyCred and Learndash, for users to be able to use points to buy learndash courses. I got stuck and contacted support who were quick to respond and showed me with a helpful video how to solve the issue.

I had an issue with the PasswordProtectedWP plugin for WordPress. I contacted support for the plugin and got an immediate response. After some analysis on their end, tech support Muhammad Usama Azad found that it was an issue with my website (not their plugin), and he told me exactly how to fix my website so that I would no longer have that issue. Definitely 5-Star support and a great plugin!

Love this plugin! I'm using it in a WP multisite setup. Initially there was a problem getting the licence key to appear on the customer email, but support put 4 weeks hard graft into locating the issue, tracked it down and fixed it. This plugin is THE SOLUTION if you sell licenced digital products online, orks seamlessly with WooCommerce.
