Wrike packs a ton of great features into a convenient and intuitive package. With minimal training employees can be off and running with project management; putting together project gantt charts, evaluating resource availability, revising documents, and more. Managing users and folders is easy as long as you define a common method for everyone to follow. Wrike is very flexible and can be adapted to many different business applications. My company has been using Wrike for almost two years now and I am very happy with it, especially compared to the price tags of many competitors.

Wrike. It's an unusual name. And as a product it can be quite off-putting when you start using it. But if you work collaboratively and/or your work is structured as projects with timescales, then Wrike is a great way of working. Everything happens in one place - the conversations, the planning, the details, the overview - and the main benefit is that 10 people can work together when three of them are Wrike fanatics, four of them kind of like using it, and three don't like it. The don't-likers can just use email to interact as Wrike very cleverly integrates with email. The fanatics can use all the extra tools, features, tricks. The middle-ground people can just appreciate having everything organised. It's well worth spending some time with the training resources (not boring) as some features can trip you up if you're not wary.

We have a team of 7 users and a bunch of collaborators, including clients who are using Wrike. It's the backbone of our systems & processes.

Wrike is such a help to me and my teams! I think it is the flexibility of the tool that makes it such a win for our organization. I have some team members that are very much 'in' to the social media aspect of Wrike - they use the activity stream to respond to my requests for updates, etc. And then there are folks who like to see only their tasks - they stay on the My Work page and keep it simple. And Wrike is a real win for me - managing dozens of team members and multiple projects - I can stay on top of everything whether I'm on the go (using the mobile app) or in my office...It works where and how I need to work so even when I'm not in my office I am getting things done!

With a dispersed team, Wrike is a great resource for collaboration. The company is active in improving the product and regularly offers new or improved features.

We recently switched our office over from Basecamp to Wrike and our productivity is through the roof. Wrike enables our team to plan and forecast accordingly and keep all of our information in one place. The mobile app is great, also. Couldn't be happier!

Wrike is a very helpful tool that allows offices, and even individuals to be more productive. They have developed all the tools that one needs to keep track of the advancement of each project. Wrike helps users to produce more amount of work without being overwhelmed by it and as a consequence each Wrike user grows on his/her level of productivity significantly.

Our company has greatly appreciated the addition of Wrike to our process. We were looking for a flexible project management software, and it has adapted nicely to our needs. We are especially impressed by the Gantt Chart feature with the dependency mapping.

Wrike fits our needs perfectly. We tried plenty project management systems before but I didn’t find any as intuitive and powerful as Wrike.
It really helps to keep track on everything when it comes to multi-task goals. Wrike has the most important features for me - Android application that just works as I expect it to, integrations with Gmail and Dropbox, easy-to-use timeline, customisable reports. We're a small creative team working with multiple clients. Wrike helps us deliver perfect results on time. It's easy to plan several overlapping projects, allocate team resources and then track the work progress.

First, I want to start off by saying I have am “structurer” so I love to use tools like Wrike. I excel at using them and find them very beneficial. In the last year I have been working diligently to establish Wrike as our company's sole project management tool - not an easy feat let me tell you. Our Marketing team was one of the first teams to really adopt the program. We have found Wrike is great for laying out marketing plans (especially in the time line view). It has also been really beneficial for coordinating reviews of draft versions and for coordinating with external designers. I am looking forward to a time when the whole company finds Wrike as useful and fully adopts the tool.

Our small boutique design studio has struggled to find a suitable solution to manage our large list of projects for quite a few years. After trying out more than a dozen programs, Wrike has been the only solution that has catered for all our needs. I highly recommend this program.

I have been using Wrike at work for quite a while now and love it! Such a great and easy to use tool to keep all my projects in line and on schedule. Getting your entire team on board allows for collaboration like you have never before seen and helps increase productivity as a whole. I still have yet to learn all the capabilities because they seem to be endless, with new features coming on board all the time. I even use Wrike to help me keep some of my own personal tasks on track. I would highly recommend Wrike to anyone looking for a great project management tool!

I typically have about 4 or 5 paper to-do lists going on at one time, but Wrike has made it beautifully easy to keep all of my to-dos in one place, organized by date, subject and whatever labels I choose. I can collaborate with colleagues, gently remind them when I'm waiting on something, and, possibly my favorite, keep my inbox clean by using the Wrike Outlook apps to immediately convert an email into a task. My only complaint is that the daily "Your Wrike tasks" emails I receive aren't visually as "at a glance" as I'd like. It shows a few current tasks and a few overdue tasks; whereas I'd like to be able to see all of my over due tasks. So far, I haven't found an option to customize these emails.

A great way of keeping a full-project sight knowing everything is on track. Our company utilizes Wrike to manage the R&D, Marketing actions, define milestones, etc, and gives an immediate global view to our managers, without breaking the workflow.
A very useful tool!

I took my team through a mission of putting a "man on the moon". The team had little knowledge of project management methodology and basic knowledge of cloud based service offering.
We used the lunar mission to evaluate the different offerings and adopt one of them.
Wrike came across as one of the easiest tools with browser and mobile versions and lots of intuitive screens and intelligent reports.
In deployment project/task management solution people prove to be the hardest aspect of the deployment effort. Wrike offered NZTD people deployment.

I tried a lot of GTD soft and that is the best. The most important thing for me are:
1) Wrike is very flexible
2) I can create tasks from email from my Google account.
3) I have an Androip app for wrike. App can be better, but I think wrike team work with it
4) I have all important things that I need for good work (incl. Gantt dia.), and for them the interface are very easy.

This is the best project management tool our company has used. We have improved internal communication and better coordination over work flow. There is a slight learning curve, but once you overcome this, the features Wrike offer make collaborating seamless. Task management in PM software is sometimes overlooked as a simple to-do list; however, if utilized correctly, it can make your project teams extremely efficient. Wrike stands out by incorporating a rich list of task management features from setting task priorities to grouping tasks by projects. The only thing I would like to see improved upon in the immediate future is the editing of permissions and rights for users, specifically if there is a large shared task.
